We stayed here as a family of four and found it to be a great value for the price. The room was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably, and having a microwave and fridge was incredibly convenient, especially with kids. Compared to other options in the Poconos, the price was very reasonable—particularly since it included breakfast. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. The water was pleasantly warm, and we often had the facilities all to ourselves, making it even more relaxing. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it to families looking for a budget-friendly option in the area.

The breakfast was fairly simple, but given that this was a budget-friendly stay, it wasn’t a big deal for us. The only real issue we encountered was on our last day when housekeeping didn’t clean our room. After we spoke with the staff, they acknowledged the mistake and apologized, which we appreciated. Aside from that small hiccup, everything else about our stay was great. We were very satisfied overall and would still recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable option.

Clean, well-maintained interior. Breakfast from 7 - 10 am had warm scrambled eggs, sausage patties. Boiled eggs. Two separate pancake makers. English muffin & whole wheat toast w/ toaster. Yogurts, cereal, maybe oatmeal packets. Fresh bananas, mandarins. Muffins, Danishes. Various fruit juice dispenser options. Hot chocolate packets (maybe Swiss Miss brand?), hot apple cider packets. Various coffee & tea options available day & night. The pool which had warm water was a decent size (maybe 20' x 40' or so) w/ plenty of lounge & seated chairs around. There was an inflatable ball at time for kids to play w/. Hot sauna & at least one bathroom, maybe two there as well.

Didn't find any issues w/ rooms, elevator, nor anything in the lobby or hallways.

Overall everything was good, we enjoyed & slept ok.

The beds were small in the pet rooms, i found a bottle cap under the bed as soon as you look under, & we were had a box of tissues that only had two left & we had to open a new toilet paper as soon as we got there. Guests across the hall were a bit loud in the morning & night it’s almost like you could hear the convo through the doors. Should have any area for dogs to be able to eat with you at breakfast also… it is a pet hotel.

I am very pleased with everything from the free breakfast to the cleanliness of rooms, facilities and grounds.. I have stayed multiple times with consistently excellent experiences. All of the staff are outstanding people. Highly Recommend!

To quote my wife, "This is a really nice, Best Western!" This hotel is nicely updated and clean. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Especially, Nancy at the front desk. The breakfast was well appointed with plenty of options.

There was nothing that we saw as a negative at this hotel. Everything was just as it was advertised. I wish we had had more time to stay here.

The Property is one of the Best & accept pets .Love it being at this hotel.I’ll be back and I recommend it to anyone.Thanks for all the service my family and I feel secure and like home .Everything is very clean great job to all housekeeping team and breakfast service personnel You Guys are Amazing.

Nothing bad had to said about it negative .

The cleanliness was amazing! The staff was great. Shower mat was a bonus. Everything looked updated. Breakfast was fresh and full.

Good breakfast, the area was very clean. My kids loved the pancake machine, wave your hands in front of it and the pancakes came right out nice and hot. Very attentive kitchen staff, always restocking hot items in breakfast area. Front desk lady is very professional, very helpful knows the area well and helps you find good places for family fun, she’s a sweetheart. Housekeepers are very friendly. The pool was great, the water temperature was perfect nice and warm.

That I couldn’t stay longer.

I was able to check in slightly earlier which was nice. The breakfast selection was great. Another plus was that they had coffee and tea available 24/7. It was also the first time I traveled with my dog. They are very pet friendly.

Check in was a little slow. There was only one person at the desk when we arrived.

It's right off the highway so easily access. There is a gas station and Burger King right across the street. We booked a large double beds room which is quite spacious to 4 of us. Seems clean. Water pressure is strong so taking shower was comfortable. Breakfast is good: egg and corn beef harsh (taste a bit weird though), English muffin, bread (with toaster you can toast them if prefer), waffle machine to make fresh waffle (this is the best part I like ^.^), yogurt machine (with toppings to choose on the side), plus some other sweet muffins and banana bread(?). Tea/coffee stand open 24 hours. I'm impressed most is the guy who takes care the breakfast area cleans each table after the customer used it. He is very helpful too when I accidentally spilled something on the floor. Check in/out was smooth and felt welcomed. The heated swimming pool is larger than many same class hotels I've stayed before. We had a good time playing in the pool. A plus is they provide pool towel so you don't need to bring one from the room.

Beds were too soft that we didn't sleep well. Our reservation is for 4 adults, but only 3 sets of towels provided. (since we are staying only one night, we didn't bother to ask for more towels). It will be better if we can take the pool towel out of the pool area so we don't need to change before going back to the room.
