The staff was friendly and my room was clean. Convenient location to Longwood Gardens.

Breakfast should be included. We were told it was when we arrived ~ then to find out it was $16.95 even if you wanted just a roll we became frustratrd. 6 of us had planned to have breakfast together yet left . We went out to dinner the night before at an Italian restaurant and enjoyed a fabulous dinner ~ Our entrees were quite reasonable and delicious. You may choose to re- visit your breakfast options and introduce as various packages with various rates. I hope this helps.

The location was perfect for us. We spent the day at Longwood Gardens and looked for a hotel close by to spend the night. We scanned the QR code in our room to leave a tip for housekeeping and found that to be convenient.

While we appreciate the move away from paper, a single sheet with hotel and TV information would have been helpful. Perhaps it was provided on a channel on the TV. When we located the QR code to scan for this information we chose not to use it.

The halls smelled like burnt wiring. Could have been cleaning solution or something that was supposed to resemble fall. Either way, it stank. Made me very uncomfortable, like the hotel had a smoldering fire somewhere. Didn’t sleep well.

Was not as nice particularly front desk personnel with the sole exception of Marco who was excellent as the last time we stayed there a couple of years ago

Pool could’ve been a little warmer but I am really nitpicking.

We did not eat the breakfast there as thought a little pricey.

We were disappointed breakfast was not included in with the cost of the room. Rare in our travels that we have encountered this.

The room was clean and the bed super comfy. The location was very convenient and over all the stay was mostly comfortable.

The lighting in the bathroom was very poor. Not sure why the lighting was so dim. The shower literally took 35 minutes to finally get hot. Coming from a state that is in severe drought conditions, the wasted water was very disheartening. I would have overlooked the long wait time for hot water had it been an isolated incident but it happened every time I showered.

They sent receipt to me showing a new charge for $206, but i already paid . Very confusing, since it was actually their charge to Booking.com for my stay.

everything was fine with the property except the cleaning crew missed something gross on the inside of the bathroom door. I didn’t call the front desk, but other than that, no complaints and everything else was clean.
