The BED was Excellent. Slept like a baby

Hotel Manager. I had put in for a late check out when I booked room because our flight was not leaving til 8pm. The had told us when we checked in that that would be fine. On the day before our check out we slept in late and requested our room to be cleaned. We were told it would be done. My wife spoke to one of the house keeping staff to clean our room when we left out. They said it would be done. When we returned the lined on the be had not been changed, only the bed had been made up. We called the front desk but no.one answered. That was the 2nd time during our stay that we called front desk and phone just ranged and ranged.

Beautiful, comfortable room. Location was perfect for our needs. Very nice staff.

My only complaint was $15 a day to park my own car!! I know it was only $45 for the parking but I would not choose this hotel again because of the "parking fee" requirement. Also, missed the free breakfast offered at other hotels. Again, a minor detail but it does make a difference in my travel budget.

The hotel was great. The Staff was awesome and very friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. This will definitely be the hotel that I will come to when I travel to Dallas.

I was thankful for the breakfast that was provided, however, it was not that appetizing. I would like to see more options. It was just food that was there to say you offered breakfast. Not any real good food choices just typical food choices.

I enjoyed the Chicken Philly w/ Chips and pumpkin spice latte with caramel at the restaurant. The bed and pillows are super comfy and I love the handheld sprayer in the shower.

I truly did not like having to pay $12.93/night for parking when it is Self-Park and not in a garage. I’m an Honors member so that should be a perk.

I liked they were quick and answered alot of my questions. Staff was very nice as well. Especially the bartender that night. Super cool guy

I didn't like that I had to pay for parking and internet especially in a hotel of this quality. Also the buffet breakfast was ok. I was expecting more choices. Other then that it was a great hotel

Room size, Cleanliness and view

Breakfast could benefit from a wider selection of vegetarian options. Also, offering pillows of varying thicknesses would greatly improve comfort.

The parking was terrible and on top of that, they charge you 17.00 per day, not cool, and the fact no microwave in the room..

location was perfect, restaurants available close to hotel, the staff was extremely helpful and kind.

There need to be more bartenders as we were there on a very busy weekend with huge groups staying at the hotel. Thought the staffing at he bar could of been better. They had plenty of notice to double staff

All was great, room, service, food, etc. We enjoyed nice breakfast, nice drinks on the afternoon, and great rooms.

Elevators were in maintenance which meant some issues waiting for the elevator.

The hotel was nice overall. It's getting a face lift so of course there's parts that aren't so nice due to construction ,but that's ok I'll most definitely stay there again.
