If you are going for family trip for the first time to Phuket, definitely this hotel must be the one you are looking for. Here are the positive sides we liked; 1- Location; Very convenient to every corner by walk in Patong beach. You can stay and take here as center and then visit to other beaches as we did e.g Kamala, Karon, Old Town, etc. Patong is the crowdest area for tourism so that means you got a lot restaurants options with different prices. And finally you are just 1min far away from the patong beach and sea. 2- Kids friendly; Our 5 years old was very happy with the surprises of kids club and its activities. Very organised and clean club indeed, thanks a lot for your patience. 3- Room; Hotel very well designed in a big area, we stayed in a deluxe room on city side, yes at nights there were so much noise from street but it was managable. Cleanliness of room was always great im everyday of our 7 days stay. 4- Pools; There are 4-5 pools, including kids pool with waterslide, and bigger ones as well. Some of the activities of kids club also done in the pool as well. They were always clean and well taken care. Overall it was a very good stay for us and definitely we will be choosing here again for our next stay.

Overall the stay was fantastic but some of the points that Hotel management could take some improvement actions I believe; 1- Late checkout; Our flight was 7 at evening so I requested to have late checkout instead of 12pm. They gave us only until 1pm. And we left to hotel around 3.30pm with using hotel amenities. But I had a 5 years old kid so it was very meaningful for me to use the room and shower for another 2 hours as well. 2- Breakfast; I only tried it for 2 times as open buffet and must say that it is quite lack of some options while considering the price.

The room in the Busakorn wing was fabulous. A lovely big room which was very comfortable and bright. Everything was modern and the layout was great. Staff were really nice and welcoming and always looking out for ways to make our stay more comfortable.

Other guests who think it is ok to let their children run up and down the corridor screaming and shouting at 11.30pm. Not the hotels fault but really annoying.

The location facing the beach and in the Main Street Breakfast was amazing near swimming pool with varieties of selections Staffs were helpful Room dine in was fast and with good price

The hotel amenities especially the swimming pools are different in each section of the hotel as well the entrance and reception (standard vs premium) , and it is only allowed to use the one belongs to room type.. it was not an issue because even the standard section where we stay was of good levelw

I liked the location, it is near to Patong beach, near to many activities. I liked the breakfast, it is 5 stars including international food. The staff members are professionals and welcoming visitors.

Inside the hotel, there is a garden and water features that cause the appearance of some flying insects like mosquitoes and flies, but there are fans that help alleviate the problem.

Location is excellent and just 20 meters from the beachfront. About 10 massage places within 50 meters of the property as well as laundry and 7-11. Within a 200 meter walk of all of Patong’s nicest restaurants. Personally I would recommend Salsa Rossa if you are looking to get off the property. Pool was family friendly and lots of fun. And you can order smoothies and pizza right at the pool side. Lots of people in the pool but a huge pool and enough space for all to play and lounge. Air conditioning in rooms is excellent and shower water is always hot. Breakfast spread is nicer than many swanky 5 star hotels I have been to. Something for everyone from incredible Indian chutneys to legit American style doughnuts to a Swiss Muesli to an omelette bar. They even have iced Thai tea and iced lattes to order at breakfast. The service is great here! I would definitely go back with my kids!

Nothing bad to say. Incredible, top notch experience!

Location is perfect. You can step out on the beach directly. Hotel provides towels to take to the beach and you have pool shower to wash yourself off the sand. Pool is nice and rooms very nice and spacious. Buffet is lavish with almost all cuisines. Best is the Happy hour in the hotel bar from 6-8pm. You can carry your drinks out. Very courteous staff and beautiful large property. It is an ideal hotel for people with small kids as they cater for a kids play room and a separate buffet for kids. Not for budget travellers who want to explore Phuket more and stay in less and enjoy the pool etc.

Happy Hours could be longer as being provided by almost all other bars along the beach road. Lower floor rooms facing the Radisson hotel are overpriced for the constricted view they provide. You can include a pool room and billiards and chess for those who want to chill out inside the hotel. Bathing cubicles are very small and one tends to bump into the wall or glass while bathing.

Location, location, location. The only place to stay on Patong Beach. It would have to have the be the best located resort on Patong Beach. Beachfront with its own pedestrian crossing and crossing supervisor so it is kid safe. Easy stroll to everything Patong Beach has to offer. Resort facilities were fabulous. We stayed in the main wing. We could not fault it. And the all the staff were awesome. Friendly and very professional in their service and looking after their guests. I can not highly recommend the Holiday Inn enough. It is not the cheapest but quality comes with it costs.

Absolutely nothing.

The rooms in the new wing was nicely done up. The room is spacious and was squeaky clean. Swimming pool was not crowded and peaceful. My kids enjoyed the kids club, but there are room for improvement. Location wise, very central and away from the bustling man road but near to many restaurants, shopping mall and massage/spa

My observation is that the staff at the kids club don't really engage with the kids. They just leave the kids to play by themselves. The staff at the Thai restaurant not very attentive, they seems to doing their job in a rush and under-staff

Perfect, it was satisfactory for all tastes, the restaurant has a perfect location.

1- the elevator beside the restaurant is closed at 10 pm. It is so exhausting especially for the guests coming so tired from the pool door and their room like me no. 270, I had to reach the main elevators and return the whole distance again to reach my room. 2- the reception is not equipped by air conditioners, it is open to the entrance and the garden so it is considered as out door place, which is so uncomfortable during bad hot weather with high humidity.

We stayed here for 14 days and absolutely loved it. The pool was great and staff are so friendly and really helpful. Staff were so accommodating with making up our room or delivering bag scales (because of all our shopping!). Everything about this hotel was great. Our highlight was definitely kids club. Our 5 year old loved it and went every day. The room service food was great, and the restaurant had the best Phad Thai we had in Thailand. Reception staff remembered us and greeted us daily. They even helped change money and organise taxis etc. Location could not have got any better. We were right by the beach, and it backs on to the OTOP markets and heaps of massage places. We will definitely stay again
