Lovely pool on the roof. Comfortable, well designed rooms. Good breakfast.

Slightly awkward location. Busy roads nearby.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful, they were wonderful Loved the pool area. Room had everything needed.

Couldn't get shower water to go hot but could have asked for help with this and didn't so that's on me.

Location was within walking distance of good restaurants, staff helpful and very friendly.

On arrival had to pay deposit of 1000 thb per night which hotel returns on departure, if you use credit card, can take 7-10 days to return.. The surrounding forest areas have been totally cleared.

The hotel is easy to find, get in and out of through the lobby to my floor. Very accessible, open and bright. The staff were all so lovely, check-in, restaurant and housekeeping. I liked that I had a balcony with bushes on the front, as a solo female travelling on her own, I didn’t want people to see me from the road.

The room had a slight smell, I wasn’t sure if it was normal for a tropical / hot humid place or if it was a sign of mould. I didn’t raise this with staff though as I was in and out all the time and didn’t want to make a fuss. The app was easy to use at first, however when it froze on me I deleted it and couldn’t find a QR code in the room to help download it again. I’m not sure if i just couldn’t find it, however that would have been useful.

The entire property is stunning, with not just one but two fantastic swimming pools, which made it ideal for both families and couples. The location was also perfect—just a short walk to the nearby town, bars, and restaurants. And then there was the breakfast… what an experience! It was honestly one of the best breakfast spreads I've ever come across. The variety was absolutely mind-blowing—from delicious Continental options to authentic Thai dishes, everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The coffee, juices, and fruits were simply top-notch. We truly felt spoiled for choice every single morning. If I ever return to Phuket (and I truly hope I do), Hilton Garden Inn will, without a doubt, be my first choice. The memories we created as a family during our stay will stay with us for a long time. Everything Exceptional

The breakfast was incredible. It completely exceeded my expectations. A huge variety ranging including fruits, vegetables, yogurt, croissants and pain au chocolat, raisin rolls, oatmeal and porridge, and -- my favorites -- 6-7 different types of main dishes such as dumplings (chicken, shrimp, or the awesome pork gyoza), several types of congees, noodles like pad thai or stir-fried yaki udon. Note that these change every day. There are also 1-2 cooks preparing eggs (fried, scrumbled, whichever you prefer) and soups, which I loved. I'm sure I missed something but you get it -- the breakfast was 10/10 or even 11/10. The staff was very very kind and helpful! Also be sure to ask them about the organized trips, they are very great and they'll help discover great parts of Phuket.

Nothing really. Sure it's a little far away from old Phuket town, but you can still get there in 20-30 minutes by taxi/bolt. But that's it, no other complains.

It was clean and great location. Very calm area. It takes around 30 min from the airport to the hotel. Close to city center (8 minutes walk) and the beach. If you wish to visit the old town, then it takes around 40 min. They also have a free shuttle that drops you off at the beach or the city center. Breakfast was amazing. I even did my laundry at the hotel. Super easy and fast. My friend and I chose to go to Phi Phi island by booking through the resort and it was so WELL organized. We paid around 3100 Baht per person, the mini van picked us up the next morning and drove us to the pier. Lunch and others activities were included on the boat trip. Yes, you can probably get it cheaper somewhere else but you’re not really saving that much. Everything on the boat tip was so easy and smooth. I would highly recommend to book it through the hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

- The parking is a disaster.. the machine is not used so I wonder what it is used for if not to make parking difficult.. - People make too much noise in the evening/night and in the morning in the corridors and no one says anything..

The front reception staff was very friendly and professional. Mod and his F&B team were very attentive. The breakfast spread was pretty good and satisfying. The shuttle bus was convenient. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was good and the shower was powerful.

The room was smaller than expected. The bathroom door of one of our rooms could not close properly. The TV in one of the rooms we stayed in was not working properly, luckily we didn't spend too much time in the room.

We absolutely loved our stay, the staff were the highlight! Everyone was always super friendly and always went above and beyond to meet our needs. The food was delicious and the hotel was in a very lovely and convenient area. We will 100% be coming back.

This is no fault of the hotel but due to the humidity, the original room we were in had an evident smell of mould (possibly coming from the aircon) which made us feel unwell. We asked if anything could be done and were moved to another room straight away so it was still a wonderful experience.
