Our room was fabulous, we were lucky enough to be allocated one with access to a roof terrace. The room was comfortable with excellent shower - very welcome after swimming in the Lake! Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice and times to go in. Location is very good, very easy to get to the Lake and a 5 minute walk along the boardwalk to get to the town where there are plenty of eating places to choose from and little streets to keep you occupied in the evening.

We must be easy to please as we can't think of a fault!

The hotel staff were amazing!!! We arrived tired, upset because I'd left my phone on the train! The front desk manager Valentina Sim took us on as her mission to try to retrieve my phone! We had "tracker ability" for the phone so between that and her numerous phone calls on Our behalf and submitting the lost and found forms for us, we were able to retrieve the phone the next day!!! Such an incredible show of customer service!!! Add the gorgeous surroundings of the hotel, the pool and hot tub, the easy walk to the ferries, and our stay was perfect!

Nothing!

Hotel faces the promenade area of Lake Garda and it is on the flat (no hills to climb). Room was dated but was ample for our needs. Cleaned every day and bottle of water supplied. Fresh towels and also towels for pool supplied free of charge. Breakfast catered for all tastes with multiple choice of foods Staff very friendly and very efficient at all levels.

I would have preferred a walk in shower, as opposed to the step into the bath shower.

Location is excellent near the bus station short walk nice layout hotel very close to the lake. Pool is large. Very clean everywhere. Good food both in breakfast and at the grill. We really enjoyed our stay perfect for us with older children. Lifts were great access to rooms and rooms were very well serviced. Having towels in the room changed daily and also having pool/lake towels was brilliant. We loved the lido and went every day it was included in the hotel and saved us 36€ a day. We split the day between the pool and lido but that was a real highlight to go there. The staff were all great looked after us some evening entertainment singers and karaoke though that was mostly music being played. The location is excellent a short walk into Bardalino which is beautiful and offers lots of choices for evening meal if you are not eating at the hotel.

Wonderful location. Short distance to the lake and only a short distance to the ferry 10~15 mins for us but 5-10 for most people. The Ferry’s were very easy to use and on time, very efficient service. It is possible to buy tickets the day before to avoid the queue. The hotel was very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Free coffee was available throughout the day and afternoon tea, which was an added bonus. We went in June so lots of sun beds available in all areas. The covered courtyard was a lovely place to relax after a day out.

More information about facilities needed, map was slightly useful and after wandering around We found most places. Not as well set up for less abled visitors my mum couldn’t have used the sun beds as they were too low and unable to use indoor swimming pool due to there being a ladder to get in and out and no steps.

Prime location, right opposite the lake. Free access to the Lido Mirabello beach park across a little road where you can get sunbeds looking right on the lake and enter the lake via a number of ladders to swim. Showers, toilets and a beautiful restaurant also available there. A huge selection of food at breakfast. There are 2 breakfast rooms, so breakfast time spans from 7.30am until 11am. A lovely bar by the pool serving snacks, lunch, evening food etc. Entertainment on a number of evenings in that pool area also. The pool is huge and there are numerous sunbeds available. Tea/coffee/biscuits/croissants etc. served under a shaded area every afternoon. A 5 minute walk down a landscaped promenade to the ferry port and to the town centre. All in all, it's hard to find fault with this hotel.

Having to leave!

The hotel atmosphere is relaxing with a Park within its grounds. It is also conveniently located near the city center, but still secluded enough to be quiet. I had a massage at the Spa and it was really very good. The staff are also friendly and speak English, German and Italian.

The pillows are not very comfortable because they are too soft and thin. The “double room” has two small beds put together instead of a real double bed.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Badolino. We stayed in what they class as a basic room, but in truth, it was anything but basic, from towelling robes, a fridge to a powerful shower. The facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the lido, which very few in Bardolino have attached to their property and pool too. In the morning the breakfast was plentiful. The staff were courteous and the tourist officer at the front desk was always ready to help with buses/ferries and advice on activities

The only downfall was the wifi was very poor, not an inconvenience for us but may be for other visitors wishing to work from the hotel.

The hotel is a higher end sea side resort. The hotel is fairly modern and very well kept. The location couldn't be any better. The resort has a gorgeous pool area and bar/eatery. It is right beside the lake and there is a pathway from the hotel that goes right beside the lake to downtown. We had both the included buffet breakfast and the evening buffet dinner (22 Euros) per person and I can only say 'WOW'. The room that we booked through Bookings.com was unimpressive. we decided to pay an additional 50 Euro per night and upgraded to a very nice room with a balcony. The extra money was well worth it.

Parking stalls are a little tight for a larger vehicle. I can't really say that there was anything that we didn't like.

Fantastic location very close to Bardolino and good access to lake swimming from beach area. Lots of shade and sunbeds around pool. Great breakfast and drinks facilities

Uncomfortable pillows and beds. No views from room. It was not possible to bill bard drinks and snacks to the room. Payment was required each time.
