The staff was absolutely amazing! we were left in a bit of a lurch because another hotel cancelled on us at the last minute. They were absolutely lovely here - they let us check in early, leave our baggage securely, they were quick to respond to messages, and they were so kind! the breakfast in the morning was quite good! the location is ok - not far from old town and a fairly short walk to the train/metro. the hotel is also very interesting! (note: there is a bookcase door!)

there isn't much to dislike. The door to the room jiggled a bit when other people were walking by and opening/closing doors. we put a napkin in the door to stop the noise. worked perfectly!

The room was exactly what we needed for a single night. The large bath in the centre of the room made for an entertaining bedtime bath for the kiddos. It worked for us. The remote check in worked fine but I imagine would be much harder if you don’t have data before arriving.

The breakfast room was a little small so it was hard to move around. While well lit, all the steps in the place were tripping hazards. Step up into the bathroom. Step down into the room. Etc.

Staff was very helpful and pleasent. They had an elivator. Although it was located on a main street the room was very quiet. Room was decorated nicely. Bedding was fresh and clean. Nice big bathroom. They offered a very ample breakfast. Located quite close to the train station.

We would have liked to have been located a bit closer to the old town where most of the restaurants are located. It was still walkable.

The property is at great location if you plan to travel during your stay in Bari. The staff were amazing! They offered to keep our luggage before check in and after check out. The room was clean and it had enough space.

Because the room was next to the exit door it was a bit too noisy when people were coming in and out. Maybe the door should have better isolation.

The room was very close to the city center and it was a little bonus that on a minute walking distance there was a free parking. You just need a little luck to have a spot there or just wait somebody to leave. Anyway, it was very clean, the staff were very friendly and polite. We had included breakfast and it was delicious. There was everything we needed in the room and even a bottle of water in the fridge which was included. Small thing, but very kind. Definitely my favorite place to stay in Bari.

It was not quite comfortable hearing people taking a shower as if they were in our bathroom, and also sharing the balcony (because people sitting outside could hear every single thing that was done in our room while we had the balcony door open, which was almost always as we needed fresh air).

. The blanket is made of satin, it would be more comfortable if the material was cotton. . Adding lots of hangers would be very helpful. . The sound from the next room is so clear that it is very disturbing. . There was a leak in the shower partition, so the bathroom was flooded with water . There is no luggage storage

The rooms were clean and nice and had a balcony. The location is 6 minutes walking from the Central Railway and 20 minutes from the city center. The staff was nice, but they didn't speak english very well.

Breakfast was not great. Very limited options. There is no toilet available to use after the check-out when coming back to get our baggages

Even tho it was a small room, it was good. The beds were comfortable, we had tv with netflix, a kettle and tea, good water pressure. The breakfast was ok, not many options but enough to start the day. Also, very close to bus stationa and Bari Centrale, being easy to travel to other cities.

The key to the front door was not good, we had to call other appartments to ask them to open the door and the noise. The walls were pretty thin, you could hear everything.

Very good location. Good breakfast and very clean and the staff very helpful. We could also leave our luggage at reception when we arrived and when we checked out.

The room lacks a full length mirror as it only has a bathroom mirror and a hook in the bathroom.
