Alexandr was great for our overnight in Brindisi. Nina was very welcoming, gave us some very useful information about luggage storage at the station cafe, and also looked up the times of bus to the airport for the following morning. We were leaving before normal breakfast time so she provided us with a breakfast on a tray which was great We had a one bedroomed apartment and it was fine, and we really appreciated the additional heat-pump in the bedroom which we needed to keep on overnight because it was so hot. It was quiet overnight and a short walk to the station for the bus in the morning.

The location one block away from the train station was excellent with the historic section nearby. Within a few blocks of many excellent restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was bad in a small crowded loud room. The coffee maker was not commercial and slow so people needed to wait for coffee. Only prepackaged pastry and toast. You could request ham but it was processed bad quality. I ate breakfast out. Another guest commented that they did not come all the way to Puglia to eat bad food.

We picked this location just because of the location, however it turned out that the hosts were so kind for us. Although we arrived late at night, she suggested us a good place to eat and also told us some other recommended restaurants for us to try during our stay. The place was clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast. We were surprised in a good way at their service which went beyond the accommodation/environment.

If you are sensitive to noises, the traffic might disturb you from the streets. I was fine.

Amazing facilities. Very large room, living area, balcony (with washing machine) and bathroom. There was even a small but efficiently arranged kitchen; as I was only staying for one night, I didn't have need for the use of the kitchen. The breakfast was bountiful. The accommodation is just a short walk from the train station and not far from the city centre.

There was nothing I did not like, but it was a pity that the WiFi did not reach into the bedroom (only in Living area).

Great localisation, just by the station and in the 5 min walking distance to the center and the harbour. Comfortable and clean room with AC and small balcony. In case of late flight, video instruction was sent on WhatsApp how to enter and check-in on your own. Nina is the kindest and most helpful receptionist I've ever met :)

Soundproofing of the rooms is quite poor - you can hear everything what's going on in the other rooms and in the hall. Facility is located by the busy street, so the sound of cars might be also disturbing.

Room was large and clean. Nice hot water in shower. TV was good to have. Great great breakfast. The reception lady was wonderful and hard working but it's very difficult and a bit frustrating when the employee doesn't understand a word of English... And speaks Italian as if you understand her. Lol. You'll need a translator app which came in real handy..she was a sweetheart to. Great Location.. Super close to the train station one easy and the town Square the other. Would definitely stay again.

Small elevator but that seems to be the norm in europe.. Or no elevator!!

I chose the hotel for its proximity to the train station given late nite arrival. It was a short, easy walk to hotel & I could gain entry remotely. Elevator much appreciated.nice breakfast provided in little dining room. Very modern, clean room.

Was perfect for my purposes. If visiting Brindisi for longer stay might have wanted to be in location closer to old town & waterfront.

Location was ideal for me as an Interailing traveller. Loved the themed rooms

I did feel a bit watched at breakfast the staff hover around to sort of serve you but it'd be better I feel to leave it as self service. Such a small breakfast room so I'd prefer to have less out on offer and more able to move around and help yourself to breakfast stuff. A kettle would as also be more useful than a microwave.

A well located spot with super-helpful staff and a nice clean room with a little balcony and a pleasant view across part of the city. Nina have some good suggestions for places to eat and we had one of our best meals out as a result. She also left us some food in our room for breakfast as we had to head to the airport very early. We found plenty of free parking in white lined bays directly outside - though an hour after we arrived these were all occupied.

Some of the breakfast food Nina kindly left out wasn’t the best - eg baked goods in packets that were designed to remain edible for several months and tasted highly preserved. However we don’t know what the actual breakfast at the property would have been like

Booked here because of the closeness to the train station. It was easy to find the place, communication was effecient. The rooms exceeded my expectations they are very nice and generously large. Breakfast in the morning is pretty nice too, you get all kinds of things, definitly one of the nicer breakfasts I had in Italy. Great value for money. Very recommended.
