I arrived in Brindisi on a late flight and took the airport bus to the city [approx 10min]. The 'B+B Station' is very close to the city stop outside the train station. Literally 2/3mins walk - so very convenient. The entrance to the property is on the top level of level of a large flight of stairs. Its an old historic building so no elevator. (No problem for me but maybe for older/immobile people). Check in was self service with WhatsApp messaging - with very clear, concise information from the owner. The room was quite large and overlooked a relatively quiet street with little outside noise @ night. The high ceilinged room was nice as it made the atmosphere a little cooler in the hot weather. Nice comfortable bed and modern room decor. The bathroom shower was nice and powerful. The centre of Brindisi is about 5/10 min walk. 10 min to the port promenade. Some interesting sights - the ancient Colonne Romane, Archaeological Museum & St John Baptist Cathedral. One of my favourite's was the small ancient 'San Giovanni Al Sepolcro' church - modelled on the Jerusalem version. At night Brindisi comes to life down by the port with lots of pop up restaurants & bars. There was a spectacular firework display on one of the nights. During the day there's a water taxi around the port area - it was nice to go across to the other side of the harbour (walking the loop in the heat would be exhausting!). The views back to the city & promenade are fantastic. There's a large monument [Monumento al Marinaio d'Italia] on this bank which you can climb for a fee. I was only in Brindisi for 2 nights [1 full day] but was pleasantly surprised by the city. I flew into Brindisi as a starting point to explore the wider Puglian area. The proximity of the train station to the B+B was perfect as you can connect with many towns in the area. Upon leaving I travelled directly to Lecce in under 40mins!

Super clean, close to the shops, restaurants, bus stop and a train. Staff are very kind and helpful, the only problem was a wifi there. I appreciated the coffee maker, water fountain and some cakes set up for the guests in the kitchen. I didn’t mind the stairs, as I actually found it very helpful for loosing calories after eating all the delicious foods during the day. Air con worked well and quiet, bed was comfy and pillows soft. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this beautiful bnb and I’d be back there when visiting stunning Puglia region.

Problems with wifi

Everything was great. Very easy check in. The room was very comfortable. The complementary breakfast was also very much appreciated and we could leave our luggage stored after check out. Very kind and friendly owner. The internet also work perfectly.

The only thing is that our room was located next to the kitchen so you could hear people talking, we had to politely ask after midnight to please keep it quiet but after that we could sleep well. Maybe a sign where people can know that there is a room in there so others can be aware would help :)

I liked everything about the property. Located very near to railway station. Easy to find, easy to access with very clear instructions. Very kind, attentive host. Its very peaceful area. Easily could move to other cities and also all sightseeings of the city are located on walking distance. There is well equiped kitchen and wonderful italian coffee. I would come back again with great pleasure.

The place is really really near to the train station and easy to find. They accept to keep your luggage in the kitchen after your check-out. The room is spacious, has an AC.

No problem for us personally, but one should bear in mind the staircase, really a severe one. Unfortunately both days of our arrival and departure there was no internet connection in their wifi due to some unexpected general maintenance works. Our room No 4 was adjacent to the kitchen and we could hear all the movements and noises happening there.

Angelo was very helpful and welcoming. Location was terrific and close to the train station for ongoing travel, We felt safe here. Room was comfortable.

Check-in was chaotic. B&B said security codes would be sent morning of our arrival - never received. We sent several messages asking for this. Taxi driver who brought us from airport to hotel contacted management and Angelo came to let us in. We never met Francisco. Breakfast was minimal.

B&B station is a perfect overnight stop one street away from the train station, providing great access to the airport bus and train to the rest of Italy. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable.

The main entrance hall and stairwell has no light that could be easily identified when I arrived at 11pm. As the accommodation is at the top of the building I had to walk up several flights of stairs carrying my luggage and using the torch in my phone to see. This was a little unnerving for a solo traveller. Suggest the use of timed lighting to help people and make it safer to walk up the stairs.

B&B station was easy walking from the station. Great communication from hosts on directions so easy to find. We had a large room with a large shower room They mention breakfast not provided, however hot drinks and cake were provided. The accommodation met our needs in that we only needed a place to sleep. It's not a place to stay in and relax.

The stairs up to the apartment. The lodgings were on the 2nd floor, however in Italy this is more like the 4th floor due to the distances between floors. So if you only have walk on luggage you will cope. We arrived at 9.30 pm so offer of help up the stairs was unavailable. We managed with our cases but wouldn't recommend to others.

A clean, modern yet characteristic stay. There was a perfect balance between having reliable facilities (shower, coffee machine, a/c etc) and reminding us we are staying in an Italian b&b. We loved the high ceilings, wooden furniture, tiled bathroom and balcony. The location is perfect - you are in walking distance to trains, buses, supermarkets, cafes, laundromats, and so much more.

The kitchen was very basic. There was a communal fridge, utensils, coffee machine and a sink, but nothing to cook with.

Locaion perfect.

The entrance just inside the building on the ground floor-as there was only a wooden board to the first step-but in fairness there was some building work being done and host did say if I required assistance with my bags would assist- but I managed on my own I did message to say I had booked and paid for 3 nights and had made a mistake as I only needed 2 night so I would be leaving but I didn't receive a response to this.
