We really loved this property. It is a stunning property with a beautiful room. It was spotless, the bed was so big and so comfortable, beautiful bathroom, great shower, plenty of towels, toiletries and tea and coffee facilities. The location was perfect. Only a few minutes from the train station as we arrived late at night. The breakfast was at an authentic local cafe close to b&b. The host was so helpful and so welcoming. We also got accepted for a late meal due to his personal recommendation as restaurants were closing. Fabrizio held onto our luggage the next day until we were due to get the train. He gave us recommendations of places to see and a map for our return to Brindisi as we will have a full day to fill in before our return flight. We would highly recommend this property and fully deserving of maximum rating.

Fabrizio met us on arrival, gave an excellent briefing and recommendations, and was a very considerate host. Location is very good for getting about the old town (on foot), and getting a bit lost in the place. We loved our short time in Brindisi.

Very little. No view from the room - not even of the street - with only a small high window. But that's how many of these old houses are. Inside it was great.

A very nice host. He waited for us although we had a late arrival with the plain. He gave us a lot of information about Brindisi. The room was very clean and new. With a beautiful ceiling! Perfect to stay for a couple of days.

Nothing. But maybe a cooker to make tea. Because hot water from a coffemachine is not so nice for a tea lover. But I realize that it is Italy and there, coffee is number 1 ;) So it's just a tip.

Good location not far from the bus and train station and the historical centre. Room is comfortable and clean, while Fabrizio , the owner, is an excellent communicator. He stay in contact before and after arrival so that everything goes smoothly. The breakfast at a typical Italian bar is what we liked very much.

Breakfast is typical Italian - coffee and a croissant, but you can order more if you like.

Amazing location right in the centre of Brindisi, very close to the station. Breakfast coupon for a nearby cafe with great pastries included. We were able to put our bikes safely into the large, dry garage next door no problem. Host gave great tips for the area and was very friendly

Great location, super nice , spacy and clean room, and great great service from the host Fabrizio. Hé made us feel so welcome. Hé was very helpfull and kind, hé gave us great tips and information about the city and restaurants. Really a great start of our holiday!

Fabrizio is a very friendly and welcoming host. We arrived very late in the evening, due to a delayed flight and he was waiting outside the B&B to greet us on arrival, which was very kind. Fabrizio provided good advice on places to visit and eat in both Brindisi and Ostuni, where we travelled to next. B&B is in great location, very central, but only a short walk to the main tourist sites of Brindisi and the railway station. Room was very clean.

Excellent location, easy access, immaculate condition, perfect for a romantic getaway or just to see the city centre. Fabrizio is am excellent host, flexible and helpful, and has lots of great tips to fully enjoy Brindisi.

Fabrizio was an exceptional host! He took care to ensure we arrived at the property safe and sound, and took time to brief us on all the local attractions, restaurants and amenities that we might enjoy during our stay. Cosy and clean property in a very good location.

Host was so friendly and helpful. Location was very central. Beds were the most comfortable we’ve slept on. Breakfast was lovely, typical Italian in a local cafe. Would definitely return.

Would have liked a little kettle in the room for us English tea drinkers.
