The hotel was easy to access from station.The room had a kettle, extra blankets and a heated showr rail in bathroom.Shower pressure and hot water were very good.The breakfast was exceptionally good although not cooked to order but coffees were made to order.You can ask for cups to make tea otherwise paper cups are supplied.

We booked the frenchbed without looking at measurements and realising it was smaller than a double bed as my husband is over 6ft I was perched on the edge all night.We stayed twice and the second time with a normal size bed the room was much better.Both times our rooms overlooked front of hotel where there is a games/video centre where people congregate and yell to 2am.If you shut the windows this is fine but my husband sleeps with an open window so not fine at all, very noisy. The heating was on full pelt and couldn't be changed it was unbearably hot so had to open the windows and then the noise all night.

Technically this is a review for the Hotel Oriente. We were advised five days before travelling that the Executive Inn was unavailable (not sure why) and moved to the sister hotel. Location is arguably a little better and, while some years old, was an excellent place to spend Christmas. On arrival we were advised that the minibar would be complementary and room was already ready (3 hours before check-in). Breakfast was also excellent.

The minibar was not always refilled and cleaning staff sometimes a little over zealous wanting to access the room. WiFi was terrible a lot of the time.

This was a very nice hotel in Brindisi. The hotel is boutique style, medium sized rooms, with simple furnishings, but it has all amenities for a few days stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. The shower was great, high-water pressure. The location of this hotel is wonderful, very central, just a short walk from major tourist sites and restaurants. My room was in the 2nd floor, and nevertheless, it was very quiet. The breakfast buffet served after 7 am was delicious. For those checking out before the breakfast buffet hours [due to early travels], the hotel offers a small breakfast at the lobby. The staff was nice and helpful too.

The comfort of the room was diminished by an odd led-blue lighting from the AC thermostat sensor (?!). This maybe relaxing for some, but I prefer a pitch-black room for a good night sleep.

The whole hotel was clean, really clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. When we booked we forgot to book car parking but we arrived late and we were luck to find a parking space just outside the hotel. Great location in the city centre but it was quiet at night time. We only stayed one night but will be going back.

The very brief power cut in the morning when we were having breakfast (it wasn't a problem for us but it's the only thing I can think of that went wrong)

High-quality business hotel: highly functional room with all business hotel amenities, 24/7 front desk with very professional receptionists. Very good breakfast for Italy (multiple salty options, besides the traditional Italian pastries). Convenient location, situated just on the halfway between the Train station and the Lungomare/old town (although central, quiet location). Excellent value for money for Puglia in August: in other places I paid more for a simple B&B room without basic services and breakfast.

Well there was not much I did not like about this Hotel. Starting from the time we walked in till departing. I wished I could remember the gentlemen at the front desk.........He was very professional, friendly and helpful. Would love to give him a big thank you! Also thank you for recommending Penny Resturant. The location was simply the best which is always important to us. We walked out the door onto a lovely street in a few seconds we had restaurants, shopping, water front 7 minute walk away where there is a boardwalk......So lovely. This hotel is a little gem. We picked it up blindly, and stayed for 2 (not consecutive) nights - and we were far from disappointed: super clean, comfortable rooms, polite and helpful staff (btw - our hosts speak very good English, which was completely different from our recent experience in Sicily - to our surprise @a large & expensive hotel), reserved parking spot, excellent breakfast. This is the first “10” rating that I gave on Booking, and please believe me I am a very picky guest. :)

Everything was just fantastic. The staff was very polite and helpful (in perfect English). The location is in the core of the pedestrian area. The parking was close, spacious and secure. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The room was spacious, clean, the bed comfy, the bathroom a pleasent surprise. All in all, we booked another night on our way back :)

Very comfortable and convenient stay in an immaculately clean modern hotel near the water . I was fortunate enough to arrive during Brindisi's patronal festival at the end of August. I was mere steps away from all the action but just tucked away enough for calm and privacy. Decor is minimal and somewhat sterile - however extremely clean so I absolutely appreciate the trade-off. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is located right at Bridisi´s cete center. All the top attraction of the beaitiful city center are walking distance from it. Staff was super professional and very helpfull and my room was very comfortable, spotless, and with modern furniture and a very spacious bathroom. Breakfast was very good. A pity I could only stay one night.
