Hotel is very near center, bus from airport drives directly to the hootel and back. City center is in five minutes walking and from train station ten minutes. People who are working in the hotel are great. Communicative, relaxed, helpful and take care about gests. Breakfast is very nice and cheep with good capuchino. View from balcony is nice.

Wifi is poor so must go out from room to catch it sometimes, changing towels could be better and more often.

I liked the location because the airport bus could drop me off, there was a lovely outdoor restaurant that had just opened up for the summer nearby and it was an easy walk to the train station. I also liked having air-conditioning and a television.

My room was one floor up from ground level so it didn’t have a view of the water. If I could have had a higher room looking over the water for the same price it would have been good.

We arrived late (flight delay) but the staff were friendly and helpful, even finding an appropriate plug adapter for us to borrow (we had a north European and this is clearly south - the pins have a wider spread). In the morning we had had help including instructions for getting to the railway station.

Friendly staff

The staff was very helpfull and friendly, the location is great, situated in the center, there is a bus that directly goes to the beach infront of the hotel. The view of the room is great and breakfast was also not bad. The bed was confortable even the room is small the bed was big enough.

The hotel is a little bit old, some parts (like under the table. floors) were dirty (not the bed and sheets they were pretty clean).

Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy 5-minute walk into a pleasant part of town. The whole stay (2 days and nights) could be classified as cheap and cheerful - we had no issues at all. Our dog was very welcome. Even the free public parking was only a stone's throw away.

The place is a bit run down, in an area that is clearly being renovated, but it was clean and quiet, and we thought the age/condition of the place was well-reflected in the price - we stayed for two nights for the same price most hotels in our range charge for one, and it was then a 5-minute drive to the port (which was our reason for being there). All in all, we have no complaints, and might well book the same place when we return next year.

They didn't allow guest into the hotel. I was in Brindisi visiting my friends and one of live in another town and had an hour to kill before the train. They didn't allow him to enter the hotel despite knowing that he's only there for an hour.

I was here for 6 nights, and I really enjoyed my stay here doing day trips in the area. Brindisi is by far the cheapest place to stay. I really liked to finally come to a staffed hotel. Way to many self-check in around where you can't even drop your luggage if you arrive early. Friendly welcoming staff. The rooms are old and worn in the edges, but everything WORKS without glitches. Even the old fridge delivered me ice cold beers in the evening, much colder than the new little fridges does elsewhere. I had a balcony with sea view, table and chair. Everything is clean enough. Don't mix old with dirty, that is 2 different things. Excellent WiFi too. I don't understand the complaints. If you are a backpacker or a seasoned budget traveller, the you will like it here. I don't want to pay more just to have new stuff in the room. Rooms are even serviced daily. The location isn't the best, but worth the extra walk to save on the cost.

It was nothing I didn't like.

The beds were comfortable and there was air-conditioning in the room. The room was nice and large and so was the bathroom. The staff were lovely and friendly.

The room smelt a bit funky when we first walked in. The bathroom didn't look clean. There was someone's hair in the shower and the shower had a horrible smell before running the water.

I liked that the check-in time is at 11:30, very good, if you arrived by an early flight. My room had everything I needed for a one-day stay: comfi bed, hot water from the shower and hairdryer. It is close to everything, the airport bus stops exactly in front of the hotel. You can walk to the train station or to the city center in 10 minutes. The continental breakfast was basic but good.
