Location within easy walk to everything in Brindisi central areas. Quiet area near the train station and local supermarket and café. Maris Terra was super clean and well presented. Large bedroom with comfortable bed and generous storage in a large wardrobe. Super nice shower room..... Breakfast items provided and a great coffee machine with a fridge containing Milk,eggs,yogurt,juices and large bottle of water. Salvatore was a great host who kept in contact before,during and after check out to make our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend Maris Terra for your stay in Brindisi. Salvatore & Micol will also arrange Airport transfers if required at reasonable cost and recommend local restaurants on request.... Accommodation was in a safe location and quiet at night.

The only minor issue seemed to be the local parking. We hired a car from the Airport and although we dropped lucky every evening the spaces were not plentiful. All on street parking with white markings is free and can be found in the street outside Maris Terra but be prepared to park around the immediate area in any available spaces. It seemed like a good safe area to park.

Micól was very welcoming and made our arrival easy even though we were a bit delayed. She communicated proactively and responded quickly. The apartment was comfortable, immaculately clean, incredibly quiet in the middle of the city, and in a great location to walk anywhere, as well as to conveniently get to the train station and/or city bus to/from the airport. Breakfast was supplied in the apartment: an excellent espresso/cappuccino machine, milk, water, yogurt, plentiful juice assortment, packaged pastries/toasts, as well as cereal.

There was nothing to dislike, though because of our normal eating habits, we bought our own fresh fruit for breakfasts.

The apartment is pristine, recently renovated, and it looks even better in person. Very spacious, particularly the bedroom and bathroom, 2 TV’s with various streaming platforms, brand new appliances, plenty of dishes, pots, etc, and a very good location as well.

Nothing, really - it exceeded my expectations from day 1.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautfully decorated apartment. It had all amenities we needed and the walk in shower was great! The location is perfect, within easy reach of everything yet tranquil and quiet. All corresondents was easy going and to the point despite being in italian language but we just hired google translate 😉

Nothing to fault ..

All according to description, which is Great. Owner does not speak any language except italian, but uses all sources to sucesfully communicate - an another "great", and no problem with communication. This is outstanding comparing to other locations. Clean, new, comfortable, all you need is there. Space for cooking, leasure, work and family. Notes only: Breakfast is "italian breakfast", so you need to understand you will have all sweet. The apartment is on the ground floor, so the street level, so you can have daylight and you are visible from the street, or this is dark and you use lamps all day. Does not apply for the apartament opinion: Old city is beautiful and very close, but if you have a car, parking is a nightmare. Same walking with the stroller.

The apartment was spacious with the kitchen and nice sitting area, large bedroom and bathroom. The bed was big and very comfortable, the rooms clean and equipped with all we needed for our stay. The apartment is situated close to the shopping street with the restaurants and 5min walk to the harbour. The free of charge, big parking lot (the parking close to the apartment can be challenging) is only 6min walk from the Maris Terra. The communication with the hosts was perfect, they were helpful and friendly. The apartment is also a good base not only for Brindisi and the Airport but also if you want to visit Lecce, Alberobello, Ostuni and Locorotondo. Very recommended stay!

A big thank you to Salvatore and Micol for their warm welcome. The accommodation was spotless modern and very well equipped. Breakfast is included with great Italian coffee. The location is very central (10 min walk to the port) with a supermarket within easy reach. We were given great recommendations about the city, restaurants and things to see. Brindisi is a great base for a road trip in Puglia, and we can only highly recommend this accommodation.

Finding a parking space can be a challenge. Don't despair!!

Property was newly renovated and beautifully done, excellent location 5 minutes from train station. Easy walk to restaurants and major attractions.

Everything was in perfect order and Micol and Salvatore were responsive to our every need!

The location is ideal. It’s just a few minutes from the port. It’s also not far from the train station. The apartment was very clean and was nicely designed. The bedroom was huge. The host communicated well. I recommend this property.
