Great location, close to i.e train station, buses, airport, center with wonderful streets and restaurants. The rooms were clean, tidy, equipped, and the owner Prof. Sergio, was very nice, warm and helpful - He provided us with all the detailed information before reaching the accommodation and recommended great places once we were there. He told us many history facts about City and its treasures. Very Good Breakfast in the form of a bon at a local café that is full of Italian atmosphere. We highly recommend it!

Sergio was lovely, he took pride in helping you and passionate about Brindisi and recommending places to visit and eat. The rooms were cleaned daily. The location is ideal for sightseeing and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, there is also a good transport network for going further afield, the train station and bus stops are a 5 minute walk from the hotel, buses take you to the beaches and airport. Brindisi is reasonably small and the area would be good for a weekend break but with the transport network to the beaches and other areas eg Lecce it can be used as a base to stay, the number 5 bus takes you to the beach which was a nice refreshing break when hot. Car hire is also an option and at a reasonable price if you wanted to hire which we did for a couple of the days.

We were so grateful for our stay at the Cairoli sweets. Our flight home was cancelled as we were about to board the plane and we couldn’t fly until the next day. We booked it very quickly on the basis that it looked like good value for money and was very clean according to other reviews. It was immaculate, we had a really warm welcome, lots of information about where to go for the evening, comfy beds, lots of space and amazing powerful hot shower. Breakfast at the cafe around the corner was included which was delicious and made us feel like locals!

The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast offered is typical of Italian breakfast and good and is at a small cafe right across the street. Taxi ride suggested for the airport was a bit expensive for the distance covered

I understand that the reservation is non refundable but I had to cancel one night because we couldn’t make it that first night because of the public transit strike that was going on that date. I was hoping that the management would reimburse me for that one night since it wasn’t my fault if I had to cancel. It was circumstances out of my control. But I was not reimbursed fir that first night

Sergio and family run a high-end, well appointed and maintained quality establishment in a fantastic location a few minutes walk from the train station and the harbour. Our air-conditioned, double-glazed suite was spacious and spotless with all the facilities of a 5 star hotel room. Sergio spent some time providing us with places to visit and recommendations on places to eat. We had our Italian breakfasts (coffee & cornetto) in the nominated local cafes as there is no breakfast room, but that was no problem for us as we enjoy the local cafe atmosphere. Our flight was late in the evening and we were allowed to leave our cases until our late evening departure, giving us the whole day without dragging cases about.

Niente, nada,nothing! The lift to the third floor is no indicator of what lies behind the door to the Cairoli reception!

Our room at Cairoli Exclusive Rooms & Suites was really great - nice, clean and spacious, as well as surprisingly quiet what we didn't expect as we booked accomodation in the city centre and we were prepared for the noise of the people strolling around, cars, vans etc., but on the third floor actually no noice can be heard. Our room had a spectacular view over the Cairoli square and we could park a car in front of the building and keep an eye on it all the time. For my daughters the higlight of our whole stay in Italy was actually the bathroom at Cairoli Exclusive Rooms & Suites. They liked it so much! Our host Mr. Sergio was very nice, polite and helpful and he was waiting for us till the evening for our late chek-in! Thank you Mr. Sergio and Cairoli Exclusive Rooms & Suites! Now I know where to stay next time when I come to Brindisi - I don't need to look any further for a pleasant stay and great accomodation.

A little bit faster elevator in the building would be great but this is the matter of the building, not the Cairoli Exclusive Rooms & Suites ;-)

What not to like!! Close to everything in Brindisi. 5 minute walk to the railway station and about 10 to the water front. The suite we had was excellent with two clean comfortable rooms and a beautiful bathroom. Really good value for money as well and the hosts recommended two great restaurants to visit which we did.

We travelled to Brindisi not sure of what we were getting. I booked Cairoli because it looked nice on Booking.com, was well located and modern. We drove there and parked easily outside without problems. We were overwhelmed by the place. Our room was clean and cleaned daily, quiet, well furnished and air conditioned. Sergio the manager greeted us on arrival, got out a map and documented the amazing history of Brindisi, the roman columns, the excavated ruins near by, and the great history of the harbour. Cairoli is located a short walk to the waterfront, down a beautiful street of shops and cafes. We had a great breakfast around the corner subsidised by Sergio, we caught the ferry across to the other side of the harbour and enjoyed a dinner of freshly caught seafood and wine at ridiculously low prices. We stayed for 2 nights but could have spent more time there.

The lift to the 3 rd floor was a bit slow and the stairs were rather steep.

The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to everything and the Neighborhood felt lively and also safe. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was brilliant at communicating through WhatsApp and gave us recommendations for restaurants. Air condition worked great too, important during the Italian summer :)

Really nice place in a great location nearby the train station and city centre. A lot of coffee bars and restaurants just next to the building. Very friendly and helpful host! We get a lot of tips and recommendations, for example for dinner options or beach locations. Rooms were comfortable and clean, with good working AC 😁 We could collect the keys before the check-in hours, leave the luggage there and also leave the place early in the morning as we had our flight at 6AM, which was really nice!
