Excellent location. We booked hotel as we wanted to be near the train station however didn't realise how near to the city centre/port it was also. We had planned to get a taxi to airport when we were leaving but hotel receptionist advised us to get a bus from outside the train station. Bus only cost €1.20 and as it was a Sunday morning the trip to airport only took 10 mins. Bus stop was only 30 seconds walk from hotel so very convenient and easy. Excellent Breakfast: Great selection of hot and cold food. Buffet style. Choice to eat indoors or on terrace -which we did and was lovely - fresh fruit, yogurt, cheeses, salad, tomatoes, cold meats, eggs, sausages, bacon, cereals, nuts, fresh orange juice, water, teas, coffee etc. Staff were really friendly, helpful and efficient.

Very modern and clean rooms. Comfortably slept 3 without feeling over crowded. Huge bathroom. Perfect location as right by the station. Good breakfast and lovely staff.

The shower gel was in sachets and the only way to open them was with your teeth meaning you end up with in your mouth. The shower was difficult to use - I could only get scorching hot or cold. Shame as the shower and tub were lovely.

After hours of traveling across Italy appreciated the good shower with instant hot water and excellent water pressure. Great that able to walk from train station. Attentive breakfast maitre d. Buffett breakfast included beautifully prepared scrambled eggs and a delicious range of pastries. High level of hospitality with all staff being so very welcoming. Liked colourful designer furniture in lobby.

It was relatively modern in an ancient city and furnishings were nice and a/c worked well.

I didn’t realize that I had to reserve a parking space for our rental car so was disappointed to find out there was no space for us and had to find a place on the street a ways down a side street. The staff acted like I was the moron for not reserving a parking space and I told them I didn’t recall seeing that as a requirement to stay at the hotel so I was not pleased by that experience.

I was greeted at 2:30am and thankful that a real person was there to greet me! Everyone was very hospitable. It was a brief visit but I was pleased with the accommodations. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was a wonderful surprise of fresh foods!

Unfortunately I had some heavy luggage that was difficult to climb the front steps and did not understand the directions from the train station just across the way. Other than that no complaints.

Convenient location at end of the main shopping street and close to restaurants. The rail station is just over the road - no noise from the trains though. Our room overlooked the crossroads but there was no noise and the motoring manoeuvres outside were entertaining!! Our room and bathroom were a good size and clean - the bed very was comfortable. Breakfast was simple self service but all fresh. Love the outside seating area. Reception staff were excellent

We planned a vacation in Puglia, and our flight landed in Brindisi around 11 pm, too late to drive further. This hotel was a very convenient location to pick up a rental car at the Brindisi airport, drive 15 minutes, park it at the hotel, get a full night sleep -- and have an amazing Italian buffet breakfast the next morning. Truly, the coffee machine and juice machine options were a wonderful start to our vacation. The eggs were real and delicious, and so were the yogurt/granola/fruit options and baked goods. The rooms were clean, and the service was very helpful late at night.

The parking was tight, but that's normal in Italy.

Great location - not far from the airport and near places to eat and drink. Friendly and helpful staff. Modern hotel at a good price. Breakfast on the terrace was nice. Good water pressure in the shower.

The room was quite cramped - fine for one night but I wouldn't be keen on spending much longer. There were some stains on the sheets which was off putting and the bed was hard and uncomfortable.

This is a modern, clean hotel just beside the train station. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need for a short stay. WiFi worked well. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful.

It's a bit out of the main action in the town but only 5 minutes walk so not a big deal.

I stayed one night, coming from Brindisi airport and leaving the next day with train to Lecce. Airport is really close and there are both bus and taxi that gets you to the hotel quickly. The stazion is just right outside the hotel, so its really the perfect location if you are traveling. The room is clean and fresh. Breakfast was delicious to with quite some options
