Very clean excellent location, close to all kind of convenient things like supermarkets, restaurants, bars, transportation to and from train station and airport just a block away, safety, perfect bed, pillows , A/C, elevator, completely quiet day and night, you feel like at home or if possible even better, but the best of all was Fabio and his wife, so far the best hosts we have ever had, sending us messages every day asking if everything was alright, if we need anything and leaving on the dining table delicious biscuits made by his wife, thanks again to both of you it was a real pleasure to meet you.

There's no parking and no breakfast. Sure, parking is "available" in the street (if you're lucky) and you get a voucher for a coffee and a croissant in a caffetteria nearby... ...but that's not what you expect when you check the boxes "parking" and "breakfast" included when you book a place! This is playing with words and borderline fraudulent. This mislabeling is becoming a widespread issue on Booking.com listings and I'm not sure who's responsible for that: the hosts or the platform.

What a nice stay! Fabio is a wonderful host. In advance he contacted us to ask what time we arrived, since we had a late flight. He arranged transportation for us. Fabio is very hospitable and likes to think with you. He gave us several tips for both Brindisi and the Puglia region. The room is great, it is clean and tidy and not noisy. Everything you need is available. The breakfast which is included is also fantastic. All in all, a very nice stay right in the center of Brindisi!

Location...so close to waterfront. Very helpful owner. Fabio was there to greet us after midnight and our plane was delayed, he arranged transfer from airport which was very helpful, he gave us loads of information about what to see and do in Brindisi and further afield. The breakfast included the the cafe across the street was also lovely. Fabio let us leave our bags and return later when we were leaving Brindisi.

BnB is in the center of Brindisi and has everything for a pleasant and relaxed stay. The location was quiet despite being meters from the main street. It was great to have a common kitchen area with tea, coffee, and little snacks to unwind in the evening, books and maps to plan your next day. We had breakfast served in this room: great coffee, tea, sweet pastry, yogurt, juice, non-sweet bread, and more. Fabio is an amazing host. From the arrival communication to the advice on Brindisi sights (we had less than one day) and the logistics of our Puglia driving - we cannot thank Fabio enough. We hope to visit and stay again. Grazie mille Fabio!

Friendliness of the host, and location of the apartement

The breakfast is rudimentary, maybe OK for those who like light breakfast, but one brioche and coffee, with no fresh juice option is not a breakfast in my opinion. There is little light in the apartment, but considering the main season for it is summer when one mostly hides from heat and light, I think that is not really a problem.

Its location 👍 it was quirky but comfortable. Liked the fact you could sit in the communal lounge and have free hot drinks and biscuits. Host was very helpful, and saved us a taxi fare by recommending the bus and directions to the property. He was also there on arrival and gave lots of info on Brindisi, very helpful.

The location was fantastic - right in the centre of the town with easy walking from the train station and down to the harbor front. Fabio was a fantastic host from the moment we arrived at the airport - arranging the taxi transfer, providing so much information and what to do in the town and where to eat and drink - Thank you

The room and location were great for the city. One of the best aspects was our host. He had great recommendations for where to go in Brindisi and for our further travels in Puglia. He was super helpful and accommodating in all aspects of our stay.

The host Fabio was superb. I stayed last year and booked again this year as I enjoyed my stay so much last year! The accommodation is so convenient to everything, quiet and spotlessly clean. I stayed in the triple room which was a fantastic size.The communal area where you can make tea/coffee is a nice facility.
