Excellent breakfast, good variety, well prepared and presented. Comfortable room, good sized bathroom. Pleasant and helpful staff. All areas of the premises (inside and out) were clean and tidy.

Restaurant not open Saturday or Sunday evening. Location next to a dockland industrial site. There is constant noise from the site, however the building is well soundproofed. Public transport to/from the hotel is very limited and therefore a taxi or own car are required for journeys into the city. The premium priced "Sea view" overlooks the industrial site, whereas the "City view" is cheaper, more pleasant and probably quieter.

The hotel is ideally located for business travellers because it is located in the heart of the industrial zone. The breakfast and dinner options are very good in terms of choice. We ended up in the hotel by mistake as we didn’t realise where it was located. However, the staff were very understanding and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible as the rain was pouring down for two days. Special mention to Damiano, the manager, who even drove us into town and, on the final day, to the airport. He was brilliant and is a huge asset to the hotel.

As I said, we ended up at the hotel by mistake but since it was own fault we cannot complain about the location.

The staff/service at this hotel was by far the best we had experienced in Italy! Damiano in particular was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. The room was clean, comfortable and a good size with a great view of the old town and harbour. Bonus that we could open the windows for some fresh air and sea breeze! Breakfast was also delicious! It is a bit too far to walk to the old town however there are buses and taxi’s. Great place to stay if you are catching a ferry or flying out of Brindisi.

Outstanding value for money , a really good restaurant and if , like me , you are visiting a company located in the industrial estate where the hotel is situated then the location is fantastic . Also a great location if you are booked on one of the several ferries that depart from nearby.

If you are visiting Brindisi as a tourist and especially if you are a tourist without a car this is not the hotel for you . It’s about a 10 minute drive from the city centre

This is the perfect stopover after arriving on the daytime ferry from Greece. It's just a stone's throw from the ferry port in the middle of the industrial estate and looks unpreposessing from the outside, but it's not somewhere you stay for old-town charm; rather, it offers a good dinner, plenty of easy and free parking, very large comfortable beds, it's pet-friendly and has an excellent breakfast to set you up perfectly for your journey the next day. It's more expensive than I normally like to pay; but the location and aforementioned benefits make it worth the money.

Be aware that the restaurant is only open Mon-Fri until 21.30 in the evening. Given that the hotel's prime clientele is people arriving or departing on ferries to Greece and Albania, it would be nice if the restaurant had less stressful opening hours. Signposts from the ferry to the hotel would be useful, but I imagine that is down to the local council, not the hotel. But you will need to use Google maps or equivalent to find it as the industrial estate is a bit of a maze, especially in the dark.

Property is lovely. Lots of palm trees and views across to Brindisi harbour. About 15 minutes from Brindisi centre, ideal for a stay and a flight. The rooms are spacious and well looked after. The staff were really accommodating, the food was excellent and value for money. A very spacious ground floor with a bar and plenty of outside space. Plenty of free onsite parking and English is spoken here as well.

The ride to the hotel is through a fairly industrial port area with lots of big lorry’s but once you arrive at the hotel it’s like an oasis. It’s not within walking distance to the town of Brindisi so a car is essential.

We were really well looked after. Great staff working there. We had a very good dinner in the evening in the restaurant and the breakfast in the morning was very good too. Perfect after getting off the ferry in the evening. Brindisi is a beautiful town and well worth a visit.

Parts of the hotel are a little dated but I think the price you pay is fair.

Perfect location when arriving on the ferry from Greece, especially with a restaurant open in the evening. Free parking and pet friendly. A good bed with sockets next to both sides. Ideal to set off fresh the next morning.

Breakfast was not as good as last time we stayed: all the hot dishes were cold, milk for cereals was only available on request, and the staff were not as on the ball as at dinner.

We liked the location, we wanted something close to the ferry and lots of running space for our dog.

Transport links to the town could have been better, We walked there and back on a very hot day. We thought we could get a bus back, which we could, but we were faster on foot!

Excellent staff who went out of their way to help (especially Damano(?) the manager was so helpful). Breakfast was amazing value and quality and again very friendly, helpful staff (2 ladies). Location excellent for ferry but a good 20 mins walk into town.

Nothing,well room a bit hot that's all.English channels on TV didn't appear to work.
