The property was gorgeous, with fruit trees countless plants and a pool! It had everything we needed and felt like the italian villa we had imagined. The staff was incredible. We had various unexpected obstacles come up (changed flights, delayed/cancelled ferries, etc) and the staff supported and assisted us through it all. They supported us in finding local things to do, making restaurants reservations and more. It felt as though we were invited to join the family for a week. We will only ever stay here when in Capri!!!!

Nothing—we loved everything!

Comfortable studio-sized apartment w/kitchenette and private bath w/daily cleaning service. Very automated. corner room with big windows on two sides, automatic shutters fully darken room, Unrestricted 180 degree view of the Gulf of Naples, 10 minute walk to restaurants, grocery, atm, laundry for the able-bodied (big vertical climb). Good Internet.

The narrow path is just big enough for small cars. Some taxis refused to go all the way, so there is still a 170m/550ft walk. So, if you have any difficulty with steps or walking, this is the only downside. Otherwise, it is a wonderful place.

This hotel was a little hidden gem of a place. After walking our luggage up the cobblestone pathways, even though that was challenging, as soon as we got to the villa Sarah gate we knew we were somewhere special. Surrounded by lemon trees and flowers, it's off the main drag so it's quiet and you can hear the birds, it's truly a little paradise. The lady at the front desk was so kind and thoughtful, we felt so welcome everyday we were there. We originally were only supposed to stay for 1 night, we had plans to go to Positano, but after we went to Ravello, we missed Capri and Villa Sarah so much we decided to come back and spend the rest of our trip there. It felt like stepping back into nostalgic Capri vibes, the rooms were simple but nice, nice toiletries, fluffy clean towels and the breakfast every morning was delicious also! Also the lady who does thr breakfast made us the most delicious cappuccinos every morning! It just felt like love went into this place, it was special. The only thing I'd say is that the beds could have been more comfortable, but we loved everything else so much we just accepted this :) Also, the absolute BEST Meals I've ever had in my life, let alone Italy, were at Lo Sfizo just 5 min walk away. This place made our whole trip.

The staff at this small boutique hotel in Capri are wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and location away from the crowds. There are a few restaurants nearby, which saved us from walking up and down the hill again in the evening for dinner. The property is clean and well-kept with beautiful gardens with historical character and charm. The included breakfast was delicious and appreciated to get us started for a long day of sightseeing and shopping.

I struggle to say anything negative because the staff is so wonderful, but the beds are extremely hard. It was the hardest mattress we have slept on in our lives. we even looked under the bed and sheets to try to see what was wrong. In addition, although there are no steps between Capri town and the property, it is a considerably steep incline that you have to walk to reach the gate to the hotel. We are out of shape and over 50, and it was tough, but the hotel is lovely.

The entire premise is charming and extremely cute. The pool was a bit cold but it felt nice after a long walk up to the villa. The receptionists were lovely and very helpful.

The pillows were very uncomfortable but the bed was nice. There were some hairs left in the bathroom that weren't mine but the building is old (in a very charming way) and I imagine it's difficult to scrub every crevice.

The most beautiful villa hotel in Capri. The rooms had amazing high ceilings, beautiful built in armoires and everything was cared for so carefully by the family. The breakfast, the pool, working with the bag porters for the ferry boats… we even got lucky enough to have them help us obtain a reservation at Da Paolino. I was lucky enough to find them on booking.com but i would 100% recommend this hotel to others. And although it was peaceful and relaxing it is very family friendly. 😉

The property it self was beautiful and the staff amazing. The breakfast was delicious It has a pretty pool , but so feel it could of been cleaner. I would highly recommend Hotel Villa Sarah 🥰

If you choose to stay here the walk from the centre is all up hill and is a good 17 minutes but only 10 to get down . Make sure to ask for porter to help you when you get there as pulling our luggage took us an hour , we are not young but in pretty good shape

The staff was super friendly and helpful!! The location was very good, close to the center of Capri but not too touristic. The room is 'vintage' but was comfortable and very clean.

The walls of the room are not very well insulated, there was a lot of noise of the hallway and the other rooms.

It is located away from the crowds. It has a great pool and gardens. Staff is very nice and helpful, even helped us practice our Italian. Nice breakfast option to sit outside next to the pool.

The pedestrian pathway from the main town has a grade. Be sure to take the higher pathway to get there.

Excellent breakfast- freshly squeezed juice-cappuccino, croissants or toast fruit eggs cereal etc. The coffe is prepared and served to you at your table and the rest is available in a lovely buffet. Outdoor seating by the pool and garden.

There was nothing we did not like.
