Staff is amazing, friendly and on it. Location, it's a quite serene place with nice view. The food was amazing. If you are tired or want to reflect? Go here for a day or 3.

Capri is a cruiseship on rocks. Not to blame the hotel, but if you want to explore, walk a good distance or spend time on a beach...it's a challenge. In that case ->gym is way to small. I missed an iron on the room so you have to call to a service (20 eu for a dress) I missed a coffeemachine on the room (first time in my travelling life) so you have to call roomservice.

The hotel has an amazing location where you are close to everything but still in a quiet area. The pool area is beautiful. The views are outstanding. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious comfortable beautifully decorated. We got an upgrade to huge suite with a big terrace and a Jacuzzi. Everything was perfect. Definitely going back and recommending to everybody.

The breakfast could have a little bit more choice

Wonderful stay. Beautiful property in the best location close to everything but away from the crowds. The staff and owner were so nice and helpful. Every need was attended to and they made it so easy for us with our luggage, ferry tickets, etc. First class service on every level. Room was spacious and lovely. It was a perfect stay.

Hard to find fault in anything. Maybe less bright light bulbs by bed would be good but everything was pretty much perfect.

This hotel was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I am sad I forgot the gentleman that assisted us with our check in. He was absolutely amazing. He called in a personal favour to get us a tour we had been struggling to get. The waiters, concierge, basically everyone was just incredible. The facilities at the hotel were good.

The location is great, just few minutes walk to the square , but very calm , they gave us a great suite as a free upgrade, we felt very special . Beautiful view from the terrace for breakfast , service was really 5 star, very boutique and personal. Tonino welcome us with the great surprise of the upgrade , he was very professional and the owner as well was there all the time to be sure that the clients have a good experience and service. Great value for the price!

No spa

Exceptional location and staff with the highest standard of service. Stunning pool and deck terrace. Very warm and friendly staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping. I would book this hotel again in a heartbeat for my next visit.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. The premises are very clean and well manicured. The pool was beautiful. The views are unreal. Having breakfast every morning with the best view on the entire island is special. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Poolside service for food and drinks was great. We will be back!

Being that it was our first time on the island, we didnt know their was a transport service on the island for transporting your luggage to and from the hotels to the ferrys/port. So on arrival we carried our luggage all the way to our hotel ourselves which was a bit of a pain. The hotel should reach out to arriving guests before their scheduled arrival to schedule this service for them.

Everything was perfect

Amazingly beautiful Hotel. Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff who for my birthday surprised me with a room upgrade, cake with candle after dinner and sang happy birthday! We were welcomed to enjoy the pool and facilities after check out too. An incredible stay.

The view, the design, the pool area

The pool bar needs an upgrade in terms of cocktails. The offer is very limited, and they are served in these white plastic cups that feel cheap.
