Polite staff, great location, very tasty breakfast with waiters to take your order. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was huge.

The hotel looked a little tired and dated. Considering what I paid for one night and the 5 star rating, I was a little disappointed. For example, we followed the sign for the gym from our room in the morning. The path appeared to be blocked off by a plant pot and we had to go through a gate to get there. Maybe it's just my expectations, but it is very expensive for the overall experience.

Our stay at Casa Morgano, now combined to be Scalinatella Hotel, was exceptional. The location is ideal, with the most magical view of the cliffs, the sea and the seagulls soaring between the two. There are two gorgeous pools with the most comfortable poolside recliners. You could very well never leave the hotel and be extraordinarily happy. The room was extremely spacious, with a beautiful balcony, an amazing view and the most gracious cleaning staff. This hotel is so worth it!

The staff was so very helpful and responsive! I felt as if we were staying with family by the time we left. The view was amazing and I loved the his and hers bathrooms! The location was perfect and the room was very comfortable.

There were a lot of bees at breakfast and our toilet had to be repaired twice during our four-day stay. We noticed that the maintenance person's keys had been left in our bathroom when we first arrived. Apparently, he had been working on the toilet. The flusher was malfunctioning and it had to be repaired twice more while we were there.

Spectacular room with a jawdropping view, wonderful breakfast, gorgeous hotel and gorgeous sister hotel with shared amenities. Highly recommend paying their small fee to transport your luggage to and from the ferry as there is an incredibly scenic 15 minute hilly cobblestone walk to the funiculare and taxis are not allowed on the small pathways along the route. This hotel was a 5 star experience. A bit of a hike to Marina Piccola, our favorite beach, but all downhill and a $20 taxi back up. A beautiful 10 minute walk to Capri town, past many designer shops and restaurants. Also a scenic 10 minute walk to the Gardens of Augustus and the Capri Rooftop which has one of the best views of the Faraglioni on the island.

We felt like no one spoke to us after check-in, even at breakfast, although we had heard so much about the friendly staff.

Perfection all around. I could not have asked for a better service. If you want to experience Capri the rite way, Casa Morgano is the place to be. The staff are very friendly and will make you feel at home. The location was also perfect - the rooms are spacious and the view from the balcony is breath taking. The location was excellent, the views were to die for! Breakfast on the terrace was lovely and the gym was well equipped! all staff was incredibly friendly and super helpful! Amazing hotel!

The rooms were uncomfortably warm, even in early May when it wasn’t too hot out yet. AC didn’t work well at all to sleep well. The pool was not open and being worked on but we were able to use the sister hotel pool which was incredibly nice!

Thank you Casa Morgano! We loved every second of our stay. The view was magnificent. The room was very comfortable and beautiful. Wonderful storage for my wardrobe! Lovely location- close to everything yet quiet. Great restaurants close by. Best of all - the incredible staff who would create miracles for you if need be. We want to go back!

Exceptional service! The staff all made us feel welcome and comfortable. They also helped immensely with luggage service, restaurant reservations, excursions and travel logistics. Also, the hotel was beautiful. Spotlessly clean, breathtaking views and a spacious, comfortable suite. Truly an extraordinary hotel.

The staff members are very kind. Beautiful view, good gym and pool.

Breakfast is always the same, it is not plentiful enough, they do not replace the food that has run out, or just need lot of time. The beaches are really far away, they do not have private beach.

Hydromassage bath was not working and air condition worked very strange way, we could not warm room at the evening. On the breakfast table there were not labels of ingredients and allergens.
