This was an amazing experience. Like being in a museum. The room size was incredible and the bathroom huge and so beautiful. On the private terrace you can enjoy the views and the sunshine. Breakfast provided many options which we had delivered to our room. You are located just off the hustle and bustle of the square where you can relax. We enjoy a lovely dinner at the main hotel Regina Cristina. The staff were wonderful and helped with suggestions for touring the island. Highly recommended and will return.

Villa calypso was an amazing place to stay. Perfect location but also hidden away which was peaceful. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony with a great selection of breakfast provided. The staff were very kind and always wanted to help. Nichola was very informative on what to see/do on the island. I would highly recommend villa calypso.

Villa Calypso is part of the Regina Cristina hotel where we checked in and then were escorted by a helpful staff member to the villa, lest than 5 mins away in a beautiful south facing hillside with a great sea view and a big veranda. Our room #25 (Brigette) was the largest on the upper level of the villa with a huge bathroom/ dressing room that included a huge sunken tiled bath. Together with it's king size canopy bed this could be called the honeymoon suite! Breakfast buffet in the main hotel was excellent with both indoor and outdoor seating available. Luggage transfers were handled smoothly by the hotel staff.

Unfortunately only the 3 guest rooms on the upper level of the villa appeared to be useable as all the room verandas visible on the lower level looked neglected and had not been used by guests for a long time. (Also no active renovation activities).

Beautiful location and fantastic value for a property in Capri, located away from the main tourist square (5 minute walk), offering peace from the busy day crowd. The Terrace that comes as part of the room is incredible and overlooks the sea from the cliffside. The check in is done 2 minutes away at a partner hotel, within which the reception staff were superb -They were good enough to book a top reviewed restaurant for us near the square. The breakfast that is provided is filling, beautifully presented and tailored to your diet (you submit choices the evening before breakfast). The breakfast is rolled into the room via trolley, and the maid sets up the breakfast table on your terrace. Amazing experience.

The air conditioning wasn't working in the room, throwing out heat instead of cooling the room. This may be due to the time of year we went (October) and what is considered cold weather in Italy, but we found the room to be a little too warm at times.

Amazing quaint villa close to everything but in a quiet location. Was wonderful to have our breakfast delivered to enjoy on the veranda overlooking the sea. Was fantastic to escape the day crowds, Capri is so much nicer before 10am and after 4pm. The staff were lovely and the room was even better than the photos!

Villa Calypso was a great place to stay while enjoying 2 nights in Capri. The villa is a 5 minute walk away from the shops and restaurants but this was perfect as it felt like you were able to escape from the busy crowds. Check in at Hotel Regina Cristina was quick and efficient with friendly staff who walked us over to our room. We paid for porter service for our luggage to be brought from the port to our room and would recommend this. The room was a great size, had everything you needed, the views were gorgeous and the breakfast served on the terrace each morning was lovely. We would recommend Villa Calypso to anyone visiting Capri, you won't be disappointed.

The air conditioning didn't appear to be working when we were there, however as we stayed in May, it wasn't so hot that we really needed it.

Super nice room! Super nice villa! I chose the one with terrace, can have drinks and lie down to enjoy the sea view. Beautiful decorations, room is really big, the villa is so sweet. They provide vast of information on eating and having fun at this island. Bathtub is really good.

Hard to find the villa. I navigated by Google maps but could not find it. Then met a friendly local that helped me. The staff was not there when I arrived. Phoned them to come, service lady didn't speak English, little bit hard to communicate. Breakfast served late, and very simple.

Spacious room in white Mediterranean style villa in nice area of Capri, close to hotel Luna gardens and Gardens of August, (also walking distance to the center), big terrace with sea view, very good breakfast served on the terrace, nice bathroom, impressive library in the lobby, comfortable bed and pillows, and above all - peace and quiet, true relaxation in a holliday villa. The staff is professional and very kind, communicates well before your arrival and leads you to the villa from the hotel Cristina Regina, where is the reception and where you can also conveniently leave your luggage, change the clothes or use the bathroom after the check out (even closer to the Piazzetta).

It was a perfect holliday, like in the dreams. I wish I stayed there for a month, read those books and wrote... or just looked at the sea.

Beautiful romantic room with a large terrace with a view (we had Pascale Room which was on the end.) They brought us our breakfast there which was lovely. Room was huge and even had a nice bathtub. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast included more than we expected. Most comfortable bed so far on our trip. A value if you do want to have a room you can relax in.

Oddly the towels were very rough, probably line dried not in a dryer. Using the shower flooded the floor. Because of location, be prepared to walk far with your luggage. It is tucked in a quieter and more remote part of the no car zone. 10-15 minute walk with luggage from parking, not quite as far if you take bus or taxi. A little challenging to find but Google maps got us there. We checked in at a nearby hotel as instructed and they walked us there.
