Everything was amazing, great location and very complete breakfast. The staff is also very nice and attentive.

A fabulously located hotel in Capri town. The economy rooms were small but had all the amenities / touches you require. And we still got a small terrace. The staff were super helpful and professional. The pool and bar food and staff were great. That is the gem of the property having the pool! Highly recommend if looking for one or two nights stay, of which you need a room to sleep in but are out and about enjoying the pool and seeing the island.

Beds were slightly hard for us- but it didn’t affect us too much and some clients would prefer this.

Everything! San Felice Hotel is a true green oasis right in the heart of Capri — just a 3-minute walk from the funicular. The room was stunning, the hotel beautifully designed, with a relaxed, elegant vibe. The pool and bar area were absolute highlights — stylish, calm, with great music and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were warm and welcoming, and everything felt fresh and impeccably clean.

It would have been helpful to know in advance that hotel guests can skip the line at the funicular on arrival — a small detail that would have made arrival even smoother.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable not being able to speak Italian. The amenities are outstanding with a beautiful pool and excellent landscaping around the entire hotel which is located in the heart of capri. However you will need to use the concierge shuttle for your luggage because it's a very difficult walk to the hotel but not terrible if your in decent shape. Amazing experience and I would definitely go back.

We had two twin beds pushed together so that was a bit annoying

Excellent location, just off the main area, but nice and peaceful. We arrived early at 12:10pm, but our room was ready, which was brilliant. The room was very clean and tidy, all staff were really friendly. We only booked this on a whim so that we could stay overnight on Capri, it was so worth it, and should we visit again, we will definitely stay here.

Hotel in general is good and beautiful, niceand tasty breakfast, good beds and clean rooms.

The shower area flooded and the water would go all the way to the bathroom and hallway. Pool closes early and sometimes even earlier without notice (if you like to go to the pool after the beach don't book this hotel cause it is not worth it for this reason).

Good location and easy to find. Easy to get there from the port (by bus or funicular) with your luggage if you don't have so much. It's not a long walk. Hotel is clean an has nice staff. Nice breakfast, you can sit outside or inside. Nice pool area, pool chairs have a build-in shade for head if needed. Many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.

They don't offer free drinking water. The water in the pool was quite cool, colder than the sea.

Really liked this very friendly hotel, reminds me of the older top hotels where u could see everyone in the staff is so concerned with the guests. Great location, just off the buzzing streets, lemon trees, apricots, apple trees you name it... The breakfast was top notch too. Thank you San Felice

Nothing to fault at this lovely place

Hotel in good quiet location in very centre of Capri. Perfect and helpful staff, always ready to help and advice. Very clean room, garden and swimming pool area. Simple but tasty breakfast.

Hotel is quite old and although is very clean and hotel stad is trying their best building needs investment and renovation!

Antonino is the best! Truly one of the highlights of our stay — professional, kind, and always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His warm attitude and attention made us feel incredibly welcome. Every hotel needs an Antonino!
