This hotel was incredible after 10 days of sharing accommodations on a group trip. The bathroom was a dream. The TWO above shower heads brought me back to life. The king size bed was so comfortable for a great nights sleep. The absolute best part was the wonderful concierge Gisuppe who let me check in at 10:30am. I would have happily stayed at this hotel for over a week if I could have. Note I traveled alone and felt very safe walking around this hotel and staying here.

Literally nothing. I was only there for 24 hours and it was a delight.

We spent our honeymoon at La Residenza Capri and loved every minute of our stay! It was made perfect by Giuseppe in concierge, who was absolutely wonderful. He handled everything for us, from our transfers, a cooking class, to restaurant and beach club reservations. I reached out to him in advance and upon our arrival he had our full itinerary printed out. He was so accommodating and assisted us with everything we needed, even with a last minute reservation at a fabulous restaurant. We stayed in an executive suite with a sea view, and the room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with an amazing balcony and view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet at night. Breakfast was perfect for us, and we also enjoyed the hotel pool and sundeck. We thought the location of the hotel was great as well. We definitely would stay at this hotel again without hesitation. We are so grateful to Giuseppe for making our stay so wonderful!

Location of property is outstanding. Steps from main Capri town! Restaurants were good and had a great vibe. Furnishings are modern w vibe of place being Mediterranean contemporary. Nice pool w Ocean view elevated deck! Breakfast included is outstanding! Room was small but bathroom was nicely updated.

The location was outstanding. It would be SUPER helpful if Booking sent an email w suggestions on getting to hotel from arrival area (port). This would have saved a lot of time and effort as from the port there is a gondola that takes you to Capri,main square costing $2 appx each. No brainer!

This hotel is exceptional. The staff go above and beyond with their kindness and hospitality. They took our luggage to the funicular and they even remembered our names. The room was very clean, so spacious and modern - the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Italy. It’s newly renovated and feels like you’re at a resort. The bathroom was beautiful and spacious. We had the garden view room and it was a lovely view of the courtyard. The restaurant at the hotel has the best Napoletana pizza ever. I would definitely stay here again if I’m lucky enough to return to Capri.

It was an amazing hotel, great location, great restaurant. Breakfast was ok. The hotel had a party one night which we loved! Great surprise

At the end of our stay we decided to extend it for two days. we booked at the sea view rooms at the fourth floor. The view was OUTSTANDING, very beautiful!However, these rooms are not renovated and the floor was very slippery. Also, there was a light noise from outside, probably the air condition of the room next to us.

We have stayed at this wonderful hotel twice in two consecutive years because we just loved it so much. Our room was stunning and had all the amenities you could wish for. The location of the hotel is unbeatable - right in the center of Capri, perfect for exploring the city and being close to all the major attractions. The hotel staff deserve special praise. They are always understanding, helpful and incredibly friendly. A big thank you goes especially to Fabio and Giuseppe for making our stay as comfortable as possible. We would love to come back anytime and are already looking forward to our next stay at this fantastic hotel.

My wife and I stayed while on our honeymoon and I originally booked because, while certainly not a value option, it seemed like a good value relative to other options nearby. I couldn’t have been more right: this place is honestly just a couple of amenities shy of a 5 star luxury hotel and we heard they are building a restaurant next door—that will probably get them the 5th star. The suite and the property were pristine and luxurious and the staff was kind and accommodating. Our amazing view of the sea, the faraglioni rocks, and the monastery ruins were absolutely surreal and dreamy, and made for the perfect setting for a romantic weekend on the island. (Also - they will do in-room spa services upon request)

Beware of the birds! We had drinks brought to the room and placed on the terrace at the server’s suggestion (he was really trying to set the mood for me which I greatly appreciated!) and a seagull swooped in to steal some of the included bar snacks while we weren’t looking, knocked over an aperol spritz and got stuck in the railing for a minute while making his escape. Other than that little incident it was a perfect stay!

Beautiful location with a fantastic view of the ocean and Faglioni. The included breakfast was exceptional with fresh pasties, cappuccino, fresh eggs, etc. The rooms were extremely spacious. Absolutely beautiful. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They made dinner reservations for us, had our luggage taken to the taxi stand and Tony was very gracious when we arrived for checkin. The service was personalized.

Amazing location. Staff was very helpful and pleasant, upon checking in I did ask if there was an opportunity for a room upgrade and I believe they granted me that. They didn’t say I was upgraded but the room was incredible!

No cons…the Porter service that takes your luggage to and from the ferry from the hotel was € 18 per and in positano it was €10 but the service is great. Nothing to do with the hotel but taxis add up €20-35 per ride
