We had a room just above the pool, which had a lovely view and a nice balcony. We were greeted with complimentary drinks and snacks since our baggage hadn't arrived from the Ferry Port yet. Staff were extremely lovely and accommodating. The breakfast was PERFECT! So much variety - fresh fruits, juices, eggs, bacon, deli meats, cheeses. We are still thinking about the breakfast. Coffee is included even though they ask you for your room #. We wish we knew this, as we thought we were being billed for coffee. Location was GREAT - away from the main ferry port, but very close to the Natural Arch to walk/hike and explore, and be away from tourist/crowds.

If you get a king bed, it was 2 twins pushed together so you can feel a crease in the middle of the bed.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the main Piazza, large room overlooking the ocean and the Faraglioni. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful . The hotel staff, especially Michele, went over and above to make our stay unforgettable and made us feel at home. Michele took care of all our reservations and needs. My husband forgot a backpack at the room and Michele arranged to deliver it with the first available ferry. We will never forget it. We will definitely stay at the Sina Flora hotel when we visit again

Nothing to dislike

Great location. Loved the pool and the views from the hotel. Disappointed with the thin walls and being able to hear both neighbors through the walls. The staff was amazing!!!

We didn’t like the thin walls and being able to hear other guest’s conversations and taking showers early in the morning

The hotel and the room were beautiful. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location was great, very central to the main square in Capri. The views from the room were stunning and less than a 5 min walk to Giardini di Augustus and Via Krupp.

We loved the hotel. There are other 4 star hotels in the same area but the Flora is smaller, more intimate and less crowded. Staff especially breakfast staff were lovely. Nice continental breakfast. We will stay again but book earlier and get a larger room (queen is a bit small). Perfect location and fantastic views from the pool deck.

Outstanding all around. Staff were extremely attentive, room was spacious and beautifully designed with private patio. The views from the pool and terrace area are lovely - the perfect place to spend the afternoon. Excellent location and great breakfast buffet. Can’t wait to come back!

Very Clean. Good pool area with amazing view. Breakfast was nice and all employees took good care of us. We got a room upgrade with a lovely view.

The location is fabulous. Directly in the heart of the Piazetta, this is the most centrally located hotel. It’s a quick 60 second walk to luxury shopping, restaurants, and easy walk (3 min) to get to the top of the Krupp walk!
