Fantastic location and oozing with history. The staff are so helpful, attentive, warm and friendly. We received a generous upgraded room at check in and were also delivered a welcome gift of fruit and sweet and savoury snacks/treats brought to our room just after we arrived. Our room was so unbelievably comfortable, and maid service was perfection, always on hand to replenish toiletries, mini bar or assist to any request. We asked for plates to be cleared from our room on the first evening and when we returned, much later, our housemaid had performed a full bedtime turndown service for us, placing slippers at each side of the bed, drawing blinds, turning on bedside lamps and our bathroom was fully refreshed. Quisisana truly did welcome us and made us feel at home!! Breakfast was also amazing with a young violinist playing in the background! Excellent choices of foods at breakfast and a great variety of options.

The building is very old and consequently some of the older plumbing and nearby flushing or running water noises that we could occasionally hear from other rooms, were a bit loud sometimes, but to be expected.

We love the whole experience. Greta accommodation, social areas and, above all, excellent service and Staff. The front terrace is magical. Thank you Cristiano and Adalberto for making feel at home :) We will be back for sure!

Quisisana is such an ideal mix of old world charm and attentive service. It truly embodies the spirit of Capri in my opinion. The location of the hotel is very central. The staff is exceptional. Although we planned our trip only 3 days in advance, the excellent concierge desk arranged everything for us and gave spot on advice. The breakfast is open buffet with a great selection, but there is impeccable service in terms of changing cutlery etc. We also enjoyed the pool side restaurant. The cafe in front of the hotel was also very enjoyable given its central location and attentive service.

The breakfast and room in which it was served were outstanding with incredible views and violinist playing beautiful music.
