The 3rd summer staying in this hotel. Great location close to Piazzetta. Quiet and calm atmosphere with beautiful grumpy white cat wandering around. Super clean with shiny ceramic floors. Room spacious and comfortable with nicer balcony. Good price-quality ratio in Capri and prices being rather stable during the past years (unlike in many places in Capri). Amicable staff.

Beautiful hotel and perfectly clean in every aspect . The staff were charming / efficient and very helpful. Our luggage was collected from and to the Port . Reception organised a Private Car from the Port to take us to Naples Train Stn to catch our train to Florence . Australians travelling with two cases so it was all streamlined and effortless for us . Every single thing!! The staff were very friendly, they went above and beyond. The facilities are beautiful! We received a free upgrade to the Jackie O suite, and it was incredible!! The location of this hotel is fantastic. Great breakfast each morning in their cute courtyard. Our stay here was perfect!

Plumbing issues during stay - shower turns randomly very hot, leak at base of shower - was a minor issue, did not impact great stay very much at all.

Centrally located and quiet at the same time. Nice hotel with history with best quality equipment in room - especially for a single room, what I appreciated. I liked the beautiful colored tiles and tissues especially. Will come back!

The lovely hotel is hidden in a sidestreet of one of the most central parts of capri city. From there you can go to all sides of the island in a blink of an eye, the bus stop to Anacapri is close by. And still the hotel itself feels like you can get away from the crowded tourism in the streets and sit for breakfast in the lovely garden of the hotel. Breakfast is very good by the way and typical for italy more on the sweet side, the pasterys they offer are capri specialtys and I was excited I could taste what I had seen in the windows of a bakery the day before! The rooms are small and being located inward the balkony on the groundfloor didnt have a view, I also didnt check if there was a hidden fridge somewhere. But we stayed for one night and wanted to go for walks in the lovely streets and for little hikes anyhow, the room was good for our needs, lovely designed in the typical blue and yellow colors, very confy matrace and quiet. The hotel staff let us have our suitcase longer there after check out when we ask. Beware, the white cat does exist :) it snuggled up in one of our towels when we let it on the balkony to dry, how iconic! Strongly recommanded: take a little hike clockwise to the the natural stone arch in the east of the island and return passing the famous viewpoint south east of the island back to capri city. It takes about 40 to 50 minutes and gives you one of the best views! Also that way you walk some stairs rather down than upwards. Thanks for the great stay!

The hotel next door was under construction and they started work around 7:14 am in the morning. Fortunately the additional doors on the balkony doors did not only block out sunlight but also some of the noises. But we were early birds anyhow and didnt mind at all. Also the hotel is not to blame. In the future your view will be all the better with a new renovated hotel next door 😅. Maybe also that we didnt have a view but I dont remember if that could be booked sepperately or if the hotel doesnt have rooms with a view. You will not stay lot of times in the rooms anyhow.

Great location, decor, breakfast. Spacioius rooms. The beds & baths had quality linens.

The staff tried to answer questions the best they could, but they had limited English.

Breakfast was out standing, the staff everywhere was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to all travelers, in the center of the all the shoppes, near to all the excellent restaurants and hiking to different areas of the island.

It was my fault, I thought my room was bigger than it was...very small.

Gatto Bianco is right in the middle of the Capri town area. Only a couple minutes away from the funicular from the Harbor. Even though it was just off the busy tourist traffic the room was very quiet. The bed and mattress was perfect and I had a wonderful sleep. Breakfast was everything, even scrambled eggs in a lovely courtyard with a waitress to help. Their was a frig in the room fully stocked, including water.

There was nothing to dislike. A perfect place to stay in Capri.
