Only suggestion is that you install for the elderly and handicapped individuals a safe heavy duty support bar in the bathtub that would allow patrons a safe way to get up while taking a bath in the bathtub because it is very slippery & awkward trying to lower into the bathtub and in trying to stand up without slipping - someone could injure themselves.

Patio doors were left open by the cleaning staff (unlocked) - I’m sure Capri is safe & has low crime rate, but security of one’s belongings is important in todays world, also - found items missing from my luggage when my bags were taken at the Marina Grande , brought & stored in the lobby until my room was ready and then put in my room by outside baggage handlers- security of those handling your customers belongings & baggage should be of concern to the management. Also, you should make arrangements with La Canzone del Mare for Pool use by your organization.

It was very close to the Piazza and the Gardens of Augustus as well as Via Krupp. It was very easy to get around and the view from our room was unbelievable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming everyday. Also the restaurant was really nice and we enjoyed breakfast in the breakfast room every morning. It was also just down the street from where the busses and taxi’s were as well as the tram. Nicola was an absolute star and we most definitely will come back in the future

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and everything was well-organized. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and would be happy to stay here again.

Our staff was very accommodating and friendly. We had a flight delay and they made sure to get us into our room when we told them we’d be arriving (far past their open office hours) and were extremely concerned with making sure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed at any given time. Impeccable location close to everything you need (subways, taxi accessibility, shopping etc). Will certainly be back again!!

The location was fantastic, close to town centre, loads of fantastic places to eat, shopping and only a few minutes from the Gardens of Augustus and Capri Rooftop. The breakfast was great and the service was amazing. Staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful with everything, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel restaurant also served delicious food which was handy if you are too tired to go anywhere. Oh and ocean views from your balcony too!

They do not provide an iron but they do have an ironing service.

The location was great. Room was cozy and the beds were really comfortable. However, the best of Regina Cristina is the staff. Emanuella and the people from reception were outstandingly friendly and kind. Emanuella truly made our time in Capri an exceptional experience. I cannot imagine ever going back to capri without staying at Regina Cristina

Emmanuela at the concierge is truly amazing. She helped me throughout my stay to make the check-in and check-out processes as seamless as possible. I was feeling a bit unwell, and she helped me find a doctor right away! She is truly great and I definitely recommend the hotel!

There was no hot water for my shower. If they knew the water was compromised on the island, I wish they would have told me...my daughter showered at night and had tepid water...I would not have waited til morning if I'd been told they water would not be warm yet.

Excellent location and very helpful staff. Breakfast was good and had local food. Meals in restaurants were very good.

Room needs more details such as more switches , a full length mirror and hooks in bathroom. The mirror in bathroom was quite old and every time we had a shower we had lots of water coming out. The doors aren’t soundproofed and the cleaning staff was very loud. We could hear them talking and pushing trolleys back and forth. Very bad Wi-Fi.

Very friendly welcome. Large room with patio overlooking sea. Very short walk to Capri town centre & shops. We ate in the restaurant two nights - both meals were delicious with pizza cooked in a wood fired oven at the side of the dining area. All the staff were lovely.

A little walk from where the taxi drops you down narrow cobbled streets to the hotel. The hotel will arrange luggage transfer for a small price - worth asking for.
