Beautiful location overlooking the sea, spotlessly clean hotel ( thanks to our cleaning personnel), very good breakfast with lots of options a la carte and fresh delicious pastries, utmost friendly and attentive staff! Our special thanks to Claudia at the reception and Antonio at the breakfast! Overall very warm, calm atmosphere and stylish design. We’ve really enjoyed our stay!

There is a very loud construction going on at the neighboring hotel currently. They start very early at 07:00 am and finish at around 19:00. So you can’t really seat on the balcony and enjoy the serenity. But it’s not Floridiana’s fault, obviously. And once you close the door, you don’t hear anything. And to my taste the bed was a bit too hard.

Our stay was short, but we would for sure come back for a longer stay. First and foremost, the hotel staff was warm and welcoming (special thanks to Elvira🙏🏻); We happened to come earlier than expected to Capri, and although we weren’t checked in, we were offered a full (delicious) breakfast. Additionally, they explained to us, in detail, what the island had to offer on the map (with an explanation of how to get to each of the spots) The room was very spacious, and more importantly, clean, with a view to die for! If we’re ever back in Capri, picking this place back would be a no brainer! Thanks for the amazing hospitality!

Great little hotel away from the main road and the crowds, but easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The staff were very attentive, friendly, helpful. We stayed one full week and everything was great. Would definitely recommend staying here for couples and families. My teens loved that place, especially the breakfast!

Not much to dislike actually. The hotel and staff were great. The only slight downside is that the music system and speakers of the new hotel next door is a little loud.. so if you’re trying to relax on your balcony, you can hear the music of next door. This isn’t actually a fault of La Floridiana but it could be an issue in the summer once the next door hotel is full capacity and their pool area is busy.

So warm and welcoming. More like staying with family. Great location, pool, breakfast. Staying at 4 &5 star properties on 6 week trip. My wife declared this her favorite.

Everything, the welcome was so warm and friendly with no standing at a reception desk. It was sitting in comfortable chairs to check in with a glass of Prosecco and some snacks. We had a Deluxe room with a breathtaking view of the bay and all you need in the room for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The dinner was superb and the staff really looked after us. Breakfast was excellent and would recommend the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon 😋. Check out was so easy and we were given bottles of water and snacks for our onward journey. The pool and the area are lovely with a pool bar with great service.

Having to leave!

Andrea and the staff were incredibly attentive, the view was gorgeous, and the fantastic breakfast featured such delicious food that one pastry has become my wife's new favorite obsession!! They took care of us in every aspect, from the moment we checked in and gave us an excellent welcome and set of recommendations, until we needed help with our bags down to the port for our ferry when we left. Most of all, we felt that this, our anniversary vacation, was given special consideration. The friendly conversations from the staff and the sea-view upgrade we were treated to made this the best vacation memory we have ever had!

We were very sad to leave!

Where to begin? Location was fantastic - a few minutes walk from the very center yet very quiet and it felt secluded and private. The breakfast was very generous and the views from the balcony at breakfast were a spectacular way to start the day. Staff were always on hand and always very warm and friendly - they went the 'extra mile' on everything and offered plenty of great recommendations and advice on things to do. There were plenty of nice touches to make our experience 'special' - too many to list - but the staff being on hand via whatsapp to offer guidance and advice when the transport which we had organised ourselves was late and had misplaced our luggage was a great support and huge relief for us. We will certainly stay again.

Nothing to complain about

I don't know where to start! EVERYTHING was spectacular! Let's start with the AMAZING staff. And a welcome bottle of champagne! Hotel was spotless! Wish I would have stayed an extra day to relax and enjoy the pool area, it was so pretty! Definitely next time! Breakfast was perfect and plentiful! We visited five hotels in Italy in a 2 week span, this was the BEST! A short story ~ on our last day here, we were catching a boat to Ravello. Unbeknownst to us, there is only two boats a day. The front desk educated us on this, we had one hour to pack and get to the boat! The front desk was kind enough to book our boat tickets, have them at the pier waiting so that we could run and pack up our rooms. Also, the hotel manager was by far the BEST! THANK YOU to EVERYONE at this hotel!

Absolute nothing! We loved everything about this hotel!!

The hotel is in a lovely secluded spot whilst still feeling central to Capri town which is easily walkable. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. They gave us some recommendations of restaurants (which they helped us book) which were incredible. A shout out to Andrea who looked after us from the beginning of our stay and who arranged some very special surprises as she knew it was my partners birthday during our stay. This made our stay feel very special! Overall an amazing stay in a lovely hotel in chic Capri!

Nothing we didn’t like!

Great hotel location stunning views pool areawas lovely great balcony and restaurant with breakfast that was excellent. All staff were great and gave a free drink on arrival . Our bags were collected from the port on arrival and were in the hotel . Our bags were also delivered to the port for our ferry when leaving .

The bathroom let the room down as was a bath with old fashioned shower attachment a hotel of this standard should have walk in showers in a modern bathroom . Also our room adjoined another with perhaps a connecting door . The walls were very thin and not soundproofed and unfortunately our neighbour had a cough tic which could be heard clearly all evening and through the night . A pity in such a great location
