Excellent and accommodating staff. They let us check in much earlier than expected and were responsive to all requests to include holding our luggage long after checkout so we could spend more time on the island without dragging luggage aroumd. Location couldn't be better...in the middle of Piazetta and right by the funiculare and taxi/bus stand.

Better drainage in the shower would be nice....backed up after longer showers but not a deal breaker. Sound proofing the room from the music in the Piazetta would be helpful but not sure it is possible given proximity to the bars. Cook/breakfast attendant, while nice, was more interested in his phone. He shouldn't be playing on his phone during breakfast service and needs to sanitize his hands after putting the phone down if he's going to handle people's food/drinks.

The property was in a great location and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. We were set up a fresh fruit bowl and a bottle of champagne with a note. Room was great size and beautiful blue tiled floors. Clean! Breakfast was overlooking the ocean on the terrace and had a nice variety. I read reviews about being across the taxi stand but I can confirm that the sound proofing doors made the noise cancel out. We loved our parting gift too ! So very thoughtful and would definitely recommend!

Would have loved a pool but we loved the property!

The breakfast was perfect (eggs, bacon, fruit, cereal, breads, jams, pastries, ham, etc, and a barista for coffees) and on a beautiful terrace overlooking the north side of the island (see photo). It also has a great location - steps away from the main square and funicolare (tram) that takes you to the square from the ferries - and the room and property was very charming.

The room was over a popular bus station, but the windows must be soundproof (almost no noise), and we could not see into our room from the street. From the second floor rooms (all rooms), you can see over the bus station to a massive, wide open view of the water and mountains to the left and right.

The room was perfect, big Tv, fantastic location the best in Capri, in front of bus and taxi stop, near of funicular! Near of the best shops and restaurants! Perfect

Nothing everything it’s perfect

Location cleanliness room with a view and for the first time having stayed in-several hotels across the world u have a wonderful Asian lady at the front desk (sorry. Dint get her name )telling you all about Capri the places to go the food to eat etc .U won’t need an itemary after listening to her cause everything she stated was perfect .Thank u All members of PD we shall be back again

Breakfast could be a little better that’s all

The room was over our expectations. It was furnished with exquisite taste. The bathroom was very modern and clean. Everything was excellent. We really liked the breakfast on the terrace on the top floor with a sea view. The hotel staff was kind and friendly. We could even leave our luggage in the hotel reception after our check-out.

The location was great. What made my stay even more amazing is the amazing staff. The concierge’s were all good especially Anna, she was really amazing and so kind. I had a heart attack and Anna was extremely helpful with helping me as well as the other lady but i dont know her name!

This hotel was such a charmer! It is small and intimate, creatively and pleasingly decorated and literally in the center of everything in Capri. If you want to be "off the beaten path," this is not the place for you. But, if you enjoy being in the center of the action for a fairly reasonable price (by Amalfi Coast standards), this is a wonderful option. Breakfast is served on a small terrace and includes delicious made-to-order omelettes. The most amazing thing about this hotel is the service. Everyone was so kind, helpful and attentive. I have to give a special shout-out to Ludovica who went above and beyond to help us out with our journey (and literally sat down with us for an hour to help us figure out the ferry and bus schedule options to get us to our next destination). Her English is impeccable and she was so kind, accommodating and service-oriented. If I were her employer, I would do whatever it took to hang onto her (even though I encouraged her to come work in the US)!

Being on the main commercial street in Capri, it was a little tough to find the hotel. It is located directly across from the taxi/bus terminal and above shops (so you have to take stairs up to the hotel once inside and put your bags in a tiny elevator). And don't think you are walking from the ferry port to the hotel. As with practically every Amalfi coast port, you MUST take a cab, There may be a long line for the cab, but it will be worth it to wait (and should cost EUR 25/30).

Location location location! A very luxurious boutique hotel that is so clean and beautifully decorated with breathtaking view of the sea and the city combined. Can’t say enough about the customer service. They went out of their way to make my stay extra special.

I liked everything

I’ve never seen such great service even in 5 star hotels. The staff cares about their guests and makes sure they are enjoying their stay. The location can’t get any better, one minute walk and you are in the central location. Hotel is small, elevator is very tiny but it’s to transfer your luggage which I found cute. 🥰
