The location was beautiful and the stay was very clean.

The host did feel comfortable opening discussions his opinion of us with the other staff members right next to us as though Italian is somehow a secret language.

The view from my room was fabulous! Everything else paled in comparison. It was located quite near the Funicular station, so walking was not much of an exercise. The room was small but comfortable. It was clean and made every day. The washing area could be bigger, but that was my only grouse. The staff were few, and were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was quite good and the view from the dining area was a bonus. Not much in terms of amenities, but as I said, the view made up for anything that I missed.

I would have liked a slightly larger bathing stall in the washroom. But anything that I missed was made up for by the view from my window! I envy the owners of this hotel!!!

Absolutely fantastic view over the main harbour of Capri from the Juliet balcony. The same amazing view from the breakfast room with a really excellent spread each morning at breakfast including freshly made very good coffee. Comfy bed and very clean every day. The location was great and the short video showing the route from the main square was very helpful - it’s quite hard to give directions in Capri so this made the route very clear.

As the building is older the rooms are quite small. Not much space for luggage, we had larger bags as we were travelling around for a couple of weeks.

Orlando is the best host of all time. Couldn't be more generous, helpful, and kind. Just wonderful, always looking out for me. For example: I needed help the last day because it had been raining so much and he had a porter already lined up to meet me at the ferry. The breakfast is great with a lot of options. Astounding view of the whole town! Absolutely would go there next time!

The stairs. There's only one way to get to it and it's a long amount of stairs to get through. If you have heavy bags and it's dumping rain - like I did - there's no other way to get to the hotel. Just know me that beforehand.

The view towards the marina is just breathtaking. The room is relatively big, the bed is comfortable and the hotel is quite close to the main square of capri.

Breakfast is okay. The hotel is pretty close to the main square of Capri but is only accessible via 3 flights of stairs that you cannot avoid. If you have heavy bags then you can either use the luggage transport service for 25€ per bag or carry the bags or carry them. Plan your check in/check out accordingly and you'll be fine.

My stay at Albergo La Prora was truly exceptional. Nestled in the heart of Capri, this charming hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. We definitely recommend this accommodation in the heart of the center of Capri. There is nothing to complain about, we were extremely satisfied with everything. The staff was really very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness, equipment and comfort of the rooms were above standard. The view was truly beautiful - these rooms are a hidden treasure on Capri. Excellent breakfast and coffee. In the price-quality ratio, I have to admit that it exceeded our expectations. I recommend. Thank you very much for an exceptional stay at your place.

The only downside was the tiny trash can in the room. In the future, I recommend getting a bigger one for guests, because it filled up very quickly and we had nowhere to put the trash.

The hosts were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly, and greet you each time you leave and return. The accommodation was beautiful, and the view of Capri from the terrace was breathtaking! The breakfast was also amazing with the option of sitting outside to enjoy the view. The location was fantastic, very close to the square but also to the bus & taxi area to take you down to the port (if you prefer not to walk). I highly recommend Albero La Prora if staying in Capri!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to everything, and the view is absolutely stunning. The room had everything I needed, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was always kind and helpful. It’s a place I would definitely come back to and highly recommend to other travelers.

The bathroom, especially the shower area, was very small, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use.

Unitalian alike wide selection for breakfast. Helpful and kind staff. Option for storing luggage. Lovely view over the city from the balcony. Close to the funicolare and all other transportation.
