Perfect location , very near to the centrum by walk 6 min ,and also in front of the house bus station to the Capri center, Anacapri and Marina Grande . Beautiful house with full of flowers and terrace with sea view . Annalisa was so nice and friendly,kind . She gift us bottle of wine for my birthday. Super attentive host 🫶

Exelent located near the centre of Capri. 5 minutes walk.(up stairs) From there it is a cable car to the harbour/beach. We had a great time there, and we recomend it very much for experiencing Capri. We are very happy with the room! The view is fantastic! Breakfast was perfect with many options! The owner is very welcomming and helpfull:) If you are thinking about visiting Capri.. Do it!

Everything was great!

Annalisa is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We didn't know what to expect when we got here but it was nothing like this! We extended our stay within the first hour of arriving. We were on our honeymoon, and she gave us a cute gift immediately when we got there. The view from the HUGE terrace is incredible. She served us breakfast and made to order cappuccinos every single morning. Our room was cleaned every day. She gave us recommendations on where to eat (highly recommend Ristorante Pizzeria Verginiello. Make a reservation for table 3 and you will enjoy an amazing view). I cannot express how happy we were with our decision to stay here and will absolutely be staying here the next time we visit!

Absolutely nothing. The stay was perfect!

The location is great - easy to find and close to both the main square in Capri and also right on the walkway down to the Marina. It’s clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. There’s a view of the sea from the veranda and Anna-Lisa is a wonderful host.

The host was really friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. The location is great for being near to Capri town and not far from the bus stops or top of the funicular The homemade breakfast was lovely and fresh. The good airconditioning and blockout blinds made the stay extra comfortable.

Annalisa was an amazing host! The B&B was wonderful! Clean, comfortable, fantastic location, and Annalisa gave us great suggestions. When she found out we were on our honeymoon she even gave us a small gift! We absolutely loved our stay in Capri and Acquaviva31 was what really made it special. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! We highly recommend staying here if you are in Capri!

It was absolutely the best B&B we stayed in! The room is very beautiful and very clean, outside is a terrace we’re we had our yummy breakfast with an amazing view. The hostess is the nicest women you can meet she really does everything to make sure you have a nice stay. We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect! We’ll definitely come back again 😍

Nothing every thing was perfect

Beautiful room perfectly located, 5 minutes walk to Piazzetta with nice seating area in front of fhe room and breakfast on a large terrace made by the owner. This was our third visit to Capri and our best stay so far. The room was extra clean, spacious and nicely decorated and furnished with an AC, tv and plenty of lights. The owner changed the towels every day. We will be back here!!!

I think the owner AnnaLisa was a wonderful host.You felt like you were visiting family.The breakfast was so good. AnnaLisa makes her own Apricot jam.Excellent!The terrace is beautiful and full of flowers.The views from the terraces was amazing!What ever you need AnnaLisa will help.You can call her for help anytime. It was a wonderful vacation which I will remember for ever.

Is is nothing that I did not like.The rooms are very clean and beautiful.The walk to the center is a bit hard but in a day you are just fine.The views are just fantastic! In a few minutes you are in the heart of Capri!
