The gentleman who checked us in was really welcoming. The Grotta Azzura room was very spacious with a beautiful bathroom and direct access to the small pool and terrace which were lovely additions. The location was roughly in the middle between the port and the centre.

However, to get to the location you had to walk uphill at a steep incline from the port. Unless you’re willing to pay 20/30 euros for a taxi or wait 40 minutes for the buses. Appreciate this may not be helpful to the hotel as the hotel cannot amend this but hopefully this is information for those who don’t know Capri and have mobility issues. Other than that I cannot really fault the property itself.

Villa Patrizia is a beautiful little heaven in between the bustling vibrant marina grande & Capri centre. Our room was beautiful, bright & very comfortable with a little sun terrace with views to die for! We loved coming back to the villa for a dip in the pool following a day of exploring & before getting ready to enjoy Capri's nightlife. Breakfast at the villa was good.... continental style & plenty to set you up for a day exploring. We only came into contact with 2 staff members whilst there, the lovely lady on reception who was always very helpful with directions etc & the gentleman at breakfast who again was very pleasant.

We stayed one night in Capri and had a fantastic experience. The directions to the property were clear and accurate, making it easy to locate. The check-in process was efficient, and we were warmly welcomed by Naomi, who provided excellent customer service and was incredibly helpful. We were dealing with a family issue at the time, and both Naomi and the manager were kind, supportive, and very accommodating — something we really appreciated. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a lovely patio where we could sit and enjoy the view with a glass of wine. The bathroom was immaculate and well-stocked with individually presented toiletries — a nice touch. The Wi-Fi worked well, and while we didn’t use the small pool, the outdoor terraces looked like great spaces to relax.

The back entrance was convenient for walking back up the hill into town, though the lock was a little finicky and could probably use a bit of oil to help it function more smoothly.

The location of the villa was great just a short taxi from the port where we arrived on Capri and around a 10 minute walk to the town centre which was mainly uphill but it was a nice stair case to get there with amazing views. The host was very friendly and gave us advice for our stay on the island. The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning.

The swimming pool was not very inviting so we didn't use it but other than this there was nothing to complain about.

We made a late booking to extend our holiday. The team (Jacopo) was ready for us on arrival and went above and beyond to help us celebrate our special occasion, including coordinating last minute reservations at a fantastic restaurant. Located half way between the Marina and town provided easy access to all the sites and the room was comfortable, clean and we enjoyed a relaxing evening with the view of the water from our patio.

This hotel is super recommended. The location is excellent its in the middle of everything. You can walk to the town or the marina. If you dont want to walk there is a bus stop right around the corner. The rooms are super spacious and super clean. The staff is great. They welcome you and give you recommendations of how to get around in the island. I would highly recommend this hotel. The area is super safe we walked from a restaurant at 12 midnight and felt super safe.

Excellent location halfway between the port and Capri. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were excellent. There is a pedestrian street just a short walk away letting you go up or down on foot. There is also a bus stop right next to the property. Be aware you need to go up to Capri to find buses to other parts of the island. There is a small pool to help you cool off when the weather gets hot. Capri can be overwhelmingly expensive for tourists so having a good location that doesn’t break the bank helps.

Easy check in and nice sized clean room. The son of the owner checked us in and gave us great recommendations for food and activities. Villa Patrizi also has a nice breakfast for just 10 euro a day. We did not use the pool but loved that they had a small pool. The location of the hotel is great, about halfway between marina grande and capri town, a short walk to both (but be prepared for stairs!). It felt very safe too. We loved that it was not "in the mix" or too loud, but it was close to all the fun. I would definitely recommend visiting Anacapri and Monte Solaro, Via Krupp, and one of the beach clubs if you have the time during your stay! We hope to come back one day and would definitely stay here again.

Everything! Wonderful staff, beautiful villa. Rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. The views were stunning. A very peaceful and beautiful place to stay. My family highly recommends Villa Patrizi. If we come back to Capri we will try to stay at Villa Patrizi again if it is available.
