Daniela, the hostess, is amazing!! She is so friendly and helpful. She was waiting for me and because I am impatient, I decided to walk from the port to the hotel, and it's uphill with lots of stairs. Right away she offered water, got a cold bottle and she collected the documents and explained some details. She gave me a lot of information about what to do on that day, top tips on ice-cream, the chairlift and an unforgettable sunset. The next day I had the pleasure of meeting Silvana and her husband who were just as warm as Daniela! I loved meeting them and how welcoming they were. I was able to leave my bags in the B&B while I visited some other parts of the island before departing to Sorrento.

The mattress was a little too firm for me, I think this is common in Italy because I stayed in six hotels during my trip and they all had firm mattresses. And there was no hair conditioner in the room, also common in hotels and B&Bs in Italy, but definitely not a deal breaker.

I had a great stay on Capri! The accommodation was comfortable and clean, and what really stood out was the staff – they were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Whether it was giving directions, recommending places to eat, or helping with transport, they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the island.

Silvana, her partner, Daniela and the lovely cat called Red were all very welcoming and helpful to us on arrival and throughout our stay. Silvana made fantastic breakfasts and was very hospitable and attentive. Daniela booked us taxis when needed and gave recommendations for restaurants. Daniela was also very responsive to messages leading up to our stay to ensure a smooth check-in.

There was nothing to dislike.

Lovely stay. It is a great location that is midway between Capri and the port. The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. Small, however, an emaculatly clean room. I found the bed very hard. The staff did all they could to rectify this. There is a very pleasant terrace, which we used when we came back in the evening. Daniela was a great source of contact throughout our stay. Thank you for all your help and suggestions, Daniela. The bus system on the island is excellent and a fun way to get around.

We had a wonderful stay at B&B Casa Silvana. The property is beautiful, very clean and well located. Daniela provided useful instructions on how to find the hotel and met us on arrival, and provided fantastic recommendations for activities and restaurants in Capri. We also really enjoyed the daily breakfast and the warm hospitality from Silvana and Rico. The room was beautiful and a great size, and stayed nice and cool despite the very hot weather. Thank you for hosting us in Capri!

Daniela was so kind in helping us find the place even after we had a little difficulty and were running late! Super accommodating in calling us a taxi to get back to the ferry port the day of check out as well! The property is absolutely beautiful and is in a perfect location. Silvana makes an amazing breakfast every morning!

Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable . If you know nothing about the island, the B&B can be hard to find but Daniela does a good job sending directions before hand.

Breakfast was wonderful, as were the owners. The location was very ideal, about 10-15 minutes to both the harbor and the city center. Our rooms were cleaned every morning and we also got fresh sheets and towels. Our first day in Capri we were introduced to a map of the island and given recommendations for the best restaurants and beaches. I absolutely recommend a boat tour around the island!

Climbing up the steps to the accommodation from the harbor is quite difficult, especially if you have luggage (I would suggest a taxi or bus).

Clean and functional apartment close to both marina and capri downtown. If you are in good physical condition, you can walk from ferry to aparment and capri downtown.

Windows and scenery would be nice….but in the end why come to Capri and stay indoor? We ended up walking the whole day.

Communications prior to our arrival and throughout our visit were excellent. The room was adequately sized, perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. To also have use of the communal terrace was great. The potted flowers around the terrace made it a beautiful place to relax with a drink at the end of the day. To our surprise a daily room cleaning service was included and the cleaners did an excellent job. At breakfast it was wonderful to have the option of scrambled eggs and cooked or cold meats as well as the sweet options. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating of our bicycles - thank you. The location is good for exploring both Capri town and Marina Grande. Considering what was included, the price was value for money. We would definitely stay again.

Such a great location between Capri town and the marina. The manager and owners were lovely and so helpful. A beautiful spacious room.

The only thing was that the bed was very firm but that wouldn’t stop me coming back again.
