The hotel was beautiful, Amazing views, clean, and owners where so lovely and friendly.

Capri is very hilly, so hotel is almost at top near of main plazza Square, so from ferry port bus or rail car stops at main square at top of capri. But lots of stairs if you struggle on feet to walk from ferry port to hotel. But must say this hotel is beautiful with amazing views.

The B&B is perfectly situated between Marina Grande and the heart of Capri Town — an ideal location for those who love to explore on foot, like us. Our host, a lifelong local, was an absolute gem. His deep-rooted knowledge of the island, paired with his warm hospitality, made our stay truly memorable. He answered every question with enthusiasm and offered fantastic recommendations that enhanced our experience. The property itself far exceeds what you see in the photos. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every modern comfort, it instantly felt like a home away from home. Each morning began with a fresh, delicious breakfast — the perfect start to our days on this beautiful island. We highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Capri and would absolutely consider staying here again on our next trip.

The host (Giovanni) was very friendly, and the accommodation was beautiful. Nice tiled floors, comfy bed, spacious bathroom, amazing views of the city centre/cliffs, and (in the common areas) the mountain and ocean. Each morning the breakfast spread was fantastic, including fresh fruits from his own gardens. To get here from the docks it’s either a huge wait in a queue for the bus, or a medium wait in the taxi line to drop us off at the alleyway, where a short walk is still required. It's about 10 minutes (downhill) back to the docks, and a ~20 minutes (uphill) walk to the city centre. Giovanni was also very helpful in arranging a taxi to pick us up and drive us back to the dock at check out.

Unfortunately, my in-laws, also travelling with us, were having hot water problems with their shower and ended up having cold showers (even after waiting quite a while for the water to warm up as Giovanni recommended) all days during their stay (ours was fine and we had no hot water issues).

If I could give this experience a rating of 100/10, I would. The conversation leading up to the trip was informative and the host was clear and concise about how to get to the location. The views for morning coffee or evening cocktails in the shared living area were unbelievable. The breakfast was freshly baked/cooked each morning at the time discussed with the host. Our rooms were larger than most we have experienced during this Italy trip with a generous bathroom as well. We felt very welcome and I would return tomorrow if it was possible!

There wasn't anything I didn't like. But one note for anyone looking to travel to Capri - you will be walking up and down the mountain to get where you need to go. It's not a trip for high heel shoes. There are lots of stairs and inclines, so be prepared. If you visit in the summer - HYDRATE as it is warm.

Mr Giovanni was very charming and accommodating. Lovely views from each corner of the house.

Because I have bad knees the only problem was the distance to the center. You have to walk up 111 steep stairs. However I learned where to get a bus or taxi if I didn't want to walk up. Although once you get to the top be prepared to walk everywhere because there is no transportation to take you around. Anyway if you are healthier than me it may be a bit challenging but absolutely doable and you can get up in 10 minutes.

The pictures provided here on Bookings about the accommodation perfectly match what you will see when you get there. The room was very big, with air conditioning, a good shower, and a nice view of the neighborhood. The breakfast was excellent, the bread was warm and there were some specialties from the region too. Giovanni was nice and did his best to make me feel comfortable. The fresh fruit provided for breakfast was also very tasty. Also, there were plenty of towels available in the room, which was great. Thank you, Giovanni!

Everything was excellent, maybe only a few things could be improved, the drain in the toilet was a bit blocked and there was not enough toilet paper available in the room. Also, you could hear other guests arriving at their rooms late at night if they were talking to each other in the corridor.

The location was so beautiful words just can't describe. It is very close walking distance to/from the port and city center on the hill. We had such an amazing time. In the mornings, the host prepared a delicious breakfast for us and provided a cozy atmosphere.

I liked everything about this accommodation. There wasn't anything I can think of that was a downside.

Giovanni and his wife were such kind hosts, they immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable, and provided everything we needed for our stay. The property was beautiful, and well located just about between the marina and city center of Capri. The room was lovely, very comfortable with a nice view. Breakfast was delicious - Giovanni would make us cappuccinos every morning and serve us eggs and meats that he farmed himself, and plums from his own garden. Can’t say enough good things about this place!!

Lots of steps, but that is to be expected in Capri. Not really a minus just be aware!

We loved Aldarogi! The property is in a great location. It's a short walk up to the center of Capri. The room was very clean and had a great balcony with an amazing view. We were served a great breakfast in the morning in a beautiful common area. The host was very friendly and very helpful in giving us directions to wherever we wanted to go. We would definitely recommend this place and we would definitely stay there again if we were to go back to Capri!

This was an incredibly beautiful start to our honeymoon. Our room had a beautiful view. The room was very well maintained and clean. The breakfast is simple but delicious, with fresh pastries delivered daily. Location is very convenient, we were able to walk everywhere and the center square is a short walk. Most exceptionally was the staff, Giovanni is very professional, helpful, and kind. When our taxi did not arrive to drop us off at the ferry after our stay, Giovanni drove us to the ferry station himself!
