My son and I loved our stay at Casa Maddy. The location was very convenient, with easy transport to both Anacapri and Marina Grande. We were there for two nights after spending time in Sorrento, Amalfi, and Positano—but honestly, this ended up being our favourite part of the trip. We had been to Capri before just for the day, but actually staying on the island was a completely different experience. I’d come back here in a heartbeat to do more hikes and explore the island long before I’d return to the “official” Amalfi Coast. The view was beautiful, and having breakfast cooked fresh every morning was such a treat—a lovely change from making it ourselves!

Maddy is lovely host. The room was very small, but clean. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great.

Maddy helped us arrange a ride, who met two of us at the port in a very tiny car. But then halfway to the rental, he turned around and went back for two more guests. He crammed all 5 of us in a small car with no AC and drove like a madman to the rental. And then parked about 10 minutes away and we had to carry our luggage up and down stairs, over cobble stone, etc. I was sweaty and incredibly annoyed upon arrival... but honestly from that point forward it was lovely. It's an easy walk (without luggage!) through lovely cobblestone path to town.

My stay at this accommodation was fantastic from start to finish. The room was cozy, well-equipped, and offered a lovely view that made every morning feel special. The neighborhood was peaceful yet just a short walk from great restaurants and attractions. The host truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable – incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout. They welcomed me warmly, offered great local insights, and even helped arrange transportation when my plans changed unexpectedly. It’s rare to find such a combination of comfort and genuine hospitality. I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This property was an amazing stay for the last two nights of our honeymoon. It is so centrally located. You can be at the Funicolare in a short 5 minute walk. From there you can easily access the Marina Grande area. You can also take a bus to Anacapri and other parts of the island super easily. Maddy was an incredible host and she helped provide us with a rough itinerary of things to do and most importantly, where to eat! Both dinners we had on the island were amazing and that was due to her suggestions and help booking. She cooked a lovely breakfast each morning which was served on the terrace, a perfect way to start the day. The room and bathroom were cozy and very clean. If we find ourselves back in Capri, we would 100% stay at Casa Maddy again!

Maddy best host I ever met. She cares and offer us refreshment while giving us details information and also how to arrange our ferries ride during the uncertainty of weather changes. We loves hanging out in the balcony. Beautiful views of the sea and capri town. So quite and surrounded by trees. The room are very comfortable with a fridge. Breakfast was very good with beacon, eggs and French toast. Even comes with cappuccino and juice. She even arrange for taxi ride from Port to her place. (There is a long wait at the port)

Maddy is an exceptional host and runs a wonderful B&B. Casa Maddy is just a few minutes walk to the town center and is a lovely property with an even better host. Maddy helped coordinate several things for us, including transportation, dinner reservations, etc. She cooked us an outstanding breakfast each morning and truly made our stay in Capri wonderful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nothing - everything was great.

Maddy is above and beyond helpful and very friendly. We loved her properties location close to the centre of Capri town and the styling of her property. Breakfast on the terrace is both relaxing and picturesque. The A/c was effective and the balcony and view lovely.

We didn’t find the mattress particularly comfortable. We loved everything else. Including the possibility of a third guest on the sofa bed adjacent. Which we used as an extra space to stretch out.

Absolutely perfect stay in Capri! Location is great, room is very comfortable, excellent breakfast, but beyond everything is Maddy’s hospitality. She goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The best suggestions on how to enjoy the town, makes you feel like home! I would absolutely come back next time!

Maddy was a fabulous host with lots of great information and suggestions. I forgot our dinner bookings and she took care of that as well as recommending a great spot in Anacapri. Also having a driver ready to pick us up and take us to the apartment and avoid the huge queue was fantastic. The rooms are super chic and comfortable and you can't beat the location. In 3 or 4 minutes you can access the main square in Capri on foot or be out of the craziness and back at the house. One of the best places we stayed on our month long holiday. Wish we would have spent more time at Maddys and skipped the Amalfi Coast!

Maddy has created a wonderful place to enjoy the island of Capri. She has taken care of every detail and is willing to help out with everything from taxi rides to dinner reservations and excursions. We absolutely found the location to be the best you can get on the island. Within 5 minutes. You are away from all the craziness of Capri and able to enjoy some peace and quiet. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. We can't say enough good things about our experience. I would stay here over one of the expensive hotels any day of the week. Thank you for making the end of our five week vacation the best!
