The hotel is super clean. Staff are great and very helpful. It is very close to the center but in an area where you can enjoy some quiet. Beautiful scenery as well from the room terrace.

The only tough part was getting into and out of the hotel with our luggage, as the alley to it is a bit steep and the hotel provides no service to help with that. We asked the hotel nearby for help with luggage on checkout as they had a carriage.

Staff were helpful, kept our baggage in reception after checking out, we manage to kill time exploring Capri. They also let us checked in earlier theb scheduled time.

Be very very careful while going down, as everyone mention steep way down to hotel. My friend actually slipped and hurt. Do not trust taxi driver when they dropped you at taxi stand and say your hotel is up hill through stairs “not true”. We dragged our luggage all they killer stairs just to find out it’s down steep.

Capri is an expensive destination. This small hotel( only 10 rooms) is a perfect location if you want to be in the heart of Capri. Ample breakfast to suit every taste

Bathroom need an update. Shower by any standard is tiny and signs of black mold. My friends room had a better bathroom. A little bit of a hard walk if you have alot of luggage.

Loved the room and hotel , very clean rooms friendly staff , safe place.great access to the city centre very closely located to the main Capri market center.

To access the hotel it's a little walk to go in and out from the main Street so if you're carrying alot of luggage it's a pain to go uphill back again while leaving or just in general , the main Street is uphill from the hotel so it's a little steep walk. Nothing too scary. But just a cautionary note for those who it might concern. But great access to the city centre very closely located to the main Capri market center.

I loved the aesthetic room, nice balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very clean. There are Toothbrushes and so on in the bathroom - which is great in case you decide to stay in Capri for the night instead of going back same day.

After flushing the toilet it took a really long time to refill the tank so you can flush again properly. The fridge was a little loud during the night. More options for vegetarians for breakfast would be nice - since they ran out of cheese there was just sweet food for us to eat.

Very friendly staff, good location for us, clean and comfortable. The fact that you can walk into Capri town, and down to Piccolo marina. Good breakfast on the terrace.

There are steps and a slope to get to the property, we have become quite used to this now, so not a problem, but for some I can see it would be!

We really enjoyed our stay. Facilities are pretty much what you se in the pictures. Location is very good, however you should know that the car doesn’t go all the way to the hotel, you have to walk and carry your luggage a few minutes. Staff is great, extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Although it seems to be expensive at first, especially if you are coming from other cities in Italy, you will realise latter that everything in Capri is more expensive than usual, and that the price of a stay in Hotel Guarrancino is consistent with the island.

Vincenzo! The property was fine but the assistance / advice provided by Vincenzo made our trip much more enjoyable. He is knowledgeable and professional. He works very hard juggling multiple jobs with graciousness.

Not much of a view but understandable given the price.

clean and convenient. people were professional and friendly . Luka and Vincenzo were great.

shower was too small . would be great if you had a dolly or person to help with the luggage . also we left bags in the lobby and you moved to the outside of rooms which we had medicine that couldn’t be over a certain temperature. would have been nice to just to put in directly in the room if you took the effort to move bags

Beautiful decor, very friendly staff and a good choice for breakfast. About a 5 minute walk from Capri town.

Nothing in the hotel but Google maps said it was a 450m flat walk to the beach.... It was about a 30 minutes walk down a very steep hill with a lot of steps!!
