Breakfast was simple and good. There was a wide variety of pastries and fruit offered. I do wish there was a few more protein options. Overall, it was good and appropriate for being included in the room price.

The beds were very hard/firm. It was also difficult to carry the luggage from the street. I saw it was possible to arrange luggage transport through the hotel online but when I asked the staff seemed confused. I don't know if this is a service actually offered or not but it would be extremely helpful and go above and beyond expectations.

A truly charming hotel, with wonderful views. Just far enough from the road to be peaceful, but a very short walk from the town centre. Staff were exceptional, with good recommendation for tours, and about the local festivities.

Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been appreciated

We loved the swimming pool, pool bar and sea views. A porter transported our luggage to the hotel as it’s situated down a steepish hill which is typical on Capri. Very spacious room with a fabulous view, great breakfast and very helpful staff. Friendly guests too. (Nothing to do with the hotel, but check the price of a taxi from Marina Grande to the hotel. Apparently you shouldn’t be paying more than €25-€30! We were overcharged!) 😮

We liked everything.

Very large room, staff brought me an iron and ironing board upon request. Ample closet space. Large balcony with seating. Close to town. Breakfast included with seating inside and out, and the banana pancakes were incredible. Nice pool area and adjacent area where you can gets food or beverages. Staff told me I could use my 2-prong converter in the 3-prong outlet and it worked fine.

Slow Wi-Fi in my room. Staff pointed downhill from the entrance and said the beach was just down there. What they didn't say is that it was a grueling 20+ minutes of walking down the stairs. The people walking up the stairs from the beach were exhausted and kept asking, "Are we halfway yet?", ""Are we almost there?". Unless you're in great shape, I suggest the short walk into town and take the bus to/from Piccola Marina beach.

The location is fantastic for exploring Capri. Just a short walk to the shops and restaurants and the funicular railway (easy with luggage from ferry). The walk to the beach is not too far, just steep. Our family room (yellow) was very spacious, well appointed with a large terrace overlooking the sea. The staff were very helpful and arranged our day at a beach club and boat trip with short notice. There was a pool bar with a large menu for dining during day. The breakfast was simple but good.

Great quiet location, nice pool area (we were confused about the rope around the pool thinking it was closed, we were told it was to keep guests from jumping in the pool) the reception personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable, they assisted us with porters, taxi’s and restaurant recommendations. It’s within walking distance from shopping, bus station and restaurants. The staff at both the front desk and breakfast area were very friendly, great selection of food for breakfast.

No shuttle service, after getting off the ferry we chucked our luggage to the taxi “waiting area” and waited in line in the hot sun for an hour, once arriving to the street above the hotel the hotel arranged for a porter.

This hotel is beautifully clean and well located to explore Capri. The room was a super size and had everything we needed. The front desk were really friendly and organised an excursion. Breakfast was very nice.

We had a small issue with our toilet making a funny sound but they rectified it straight away.

Amazing location, staff and pool. Perfect for staying in Capri. Breakfast great as well, honestly wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island.

Nothing significant and nothing that would prevent me from staying again! But the bed was very hard. Not just medium but super firm. If you had back issues it’s worth thinking about. Also our door on the balcony didn’t lock. Thankfully Capri is the safest place ever but I’d expect that to be working.

Lovely interior fabrics and architectural colors. Quiet in the middle of the bustling commercial center of Capri. Very convenient transportation, book a luggage porter with the hotel, and you can walk from the taxi to the hotel very easily. The hotel pool is not large, but it is pleasant in the mountains and has a beautiful view of the sea. It is possible to use the swimming pool and bath before entering the room.

Except for no kettle, everything is fine.
