Beautiful hotel, it probably has the nicest pool I have seen, full of luxury, beautiful view and nice private tubs within the pool. Simply amazing. Very well located and decor is very nice

Our room was probably the most uncomfortable of all our two weeks trip in Italy. We had the standard room, and although it is not small, the setting is terrible. The bed is placed in a tiny space facing the bathroom and literally next to the ac (I could reach with my hand from the bed), therefore it is noisy and disruptive. There is also no window to open. There is natural light. I would have preferred the space of the room to be used only for the bed (no sofa) and be more comfortable not facing a bathroom and on top of the AC

Our stay at Hotel Mamela exceeded the (already high) expectations, with every aspect of it being truly amazing! Having nearly no plan for our last-minute vacation, Gianmarco and the entire staff were essential with their fantastic recommendations and booking assistance. All we had to do was enjoy a zero-effort top-notch experience. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, a perfect spot to relax after touring the island! Though the pool looked amazing, there were too many things we wanted to see on the island in such a short time. We're considering a quick trip back just to jump in—that pool owes us a swim! Couldn’t recommend enough! Just go see it for yourself!

The hotel had a great vibe. Yes it had amazing views, the building and the rooms were very comfortable, the pool was fabulous but what I mean by a great vibe is people are smiling, and always welcoming no matter who was at the front desk or serving breakfast or cocktails. it is always low key luxurious, My wife told me, we will definitely return.

Their website listed there was a fitness room in the spa. It didn't exist. There also was a smell in the WC that housekeeping could never totally eradicate. They were attentive to our request but just couldn't resolve it

The location was fantastic with amazing views. The room was exquisite with our own balcony with views and loungers. The pool is one of the best- infinity with views of the sea and bubble jets all over. Amazing chairs and poolside vibes. Excellent place to relax and really enjoy Capri. Oh and our breakfast was included and it’s freaking amazing!!

Can’t say there’s much I didn’t like. Except a few things we requested a few items to the room that were forgotten or took a very long time.

Communication could have been better before arrival and during our stay. Manager blamed booking.com notifications not working. Said I should have used WhatsApp. Food and drinks are very expensive. Small bottle of water is 4€. No complimentary water at all. No pricelist near minibar. Breakfast was good but for the price of this property, made to order eggs and omelette should be included and not 18€

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. Upon arrival we were told we had a free upgrade. The room was large. The balcony was huge and had a gorgeous view. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The pool and lounge area were magical. The hotel was in a perfect location to walk to the stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged for our luggage to be picked up and delivered straight to the port. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Hotel Mamela.

The bees at the pool were a bit annoying but it was due to the time of the year.

Location was close and convenient to action, but quiet. Property and room was clean, tasteful, and GORGEOUS! All staff was friendly and helpful. I could tell some are tired from a long hot season, but they still worked hard to keep guests happy and fulfill expectations. This was our first time in Italy, especially Capri, and WHEN we come back, Hotel Mamela will have our reservation! Thank you for a perfect bucket list 40th B day trip and we can’t wait to come back! Not that WiFi is important when in paradise in Capri, but it did not hold a connection in our room. Says it connects, but it’s so weak nothing works. Very minor problem for me as my priority is spent on my surroundings, not being on WiFi in paradise.

The property was beautiful and so clean! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The view is beautiful. The breakfast, which was included in our stay, was delicious and the set up was also stunning. The pool area had cabanas you could use (for free) in addition to normal, comfortable lounge chairs and there was always fun, upbeat music (not too loud though) playing. It was a wonderful vibe. Also, our room was so spacious and had a walk in closet! The bathroom had a large walk in waterfall shower (this was just a standard room)!

We’ve stayed on Capri many times over the years and stayed in all the ‘big hitters’ and I have to say that this hotel beats many of them. The infinity pool is stunning, beautiful views and such a lovely location. The staff were all fantastic and attentive. Very central but in a quiet spot. We really loved our stay and will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! Everything was perfect. The staff was so warm and friendly and offered to make reservations for restaurants during our stay. We really appreciated their help as I had tried to make numerous reservations without luck because I don’t speak Italian. It was our first time to Capri but I know that Mamela is the best hotel on the island! The location is amazing as well, close to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time and it was hard to leave. Can’t wait to come back one day!
