A five minute walk from the Sorrento train station. Nice breakfast and good Wi-Fi .

It is not the property’s fault, but the train (Circumvessuviana) to Sorrento from Napoli is worse than the most horrible trains in India and Mexico. The hotel should encourage visitors to only take the express trains on that line.

GREAT location (an easy 15 mins walk on flat non hill streets to main piazza, 5 more minutes to elevator down to marina). Nice staff. Very comfortable beds and nice pillows! Nice breakfast with many options 4-5 min walk to train station, and busses at the door Exceptionally clean, although a tad outdated, housekeeping does a stellar job!

We requested a quiet room~ our room was literally over the main entrance facing of hotel-with huge balcony overlooking the main busy intersection. Even with doors and window closed you could hear everything from the street! Busses, cars, motorcycles and even people talking. We requested a room change and was told no. Kettle in room with 1 mug but no coffee/tea

Lovely staff, all friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely, great pool area, nicely laid out communal areas and a nice breakfast room. Breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold and the staff were really happy to cook eggs, make toast etc to order. Our room was large and had a lovely balcony, we had a view of a busy crossroads - some would not like that position with a busy crossroad below but we didn't mind at all. We liked watching the craziness of general life. We also had a view of the sea in one direction and the mountains in another. You are about 10 mins walk from the main centre square in Sorrento which was perfect, just out of the madness but close enough to reach easily, with a few nice bars on the walk home...perfect!

There wasn't much, we both agreed two things were negative... 1 - the bathroom was a little dirty, marks on the wall, hair in shower plug and the loo seat was a little wobbly. 2 - pet hate...the hotel says it offers sky tv, if you offer this, it would be nice to have one or two English speaking channels...all were in Italian. These are two small things that would not stop us going again.

We really enjoyed the pool and green garden with lemon trees. There is also a pool bar and a guy who works in pool area, was very nice. He was always polite and helping customers with sunbeds, towels and umbrellas, making drinks and serving food. He kept everything clean and nice. Thank you!!! Also cleaning ladys, front desk lady and breakfest staff were nice. Location is good, main street but not in the middle of noisy restaurants and shops area. There is a supermarket very near.

We didn't realize planning the trip how much we need the fridge in the room. That was not provided in our room and next time we know to ask a room with fridge. Also public beach for tourists is a bit further than a beach for local citiziens.

The pool is really great with a lush garden and lemon trees. We managed to find a spot by the pool most of the time by coming before 1-2pm. The staff at the pool are very accommodating and gets chairs if you need them if all the sunbeds are taken. They serve lunch, drinks and snacks by the pool which is a bonus!

People «reserve» sunbeds by leaving stuff on them for a long time while gone. Not the hotel’s fault, but a stricter policy could allow room for others. The hotel rooms facing the road are very noisy, ambulances use this road as their main road, and they come regularly with sirens. The traffic usually slows down by 01am and onwards, quieter on the weekends, but we recommend getting the rooms facing the backyard.

Awesome location & very clean rooms. We were a party of 4 over 4 days for us the Main letdown is the breakfast room. staff very confused & constantly bringing wrong food to all tables. Great cappuccino & pastries but the Eggs to order was main issue. Either not what we ordered or badly cooked or underdone.. I woukd still recommend this hotel but just book room only if returning..

Breakfast room chaotic every visit..

The location of the hotel was terrific, 5 minute walk from the train station. Had a nice view over the pool and the room was clean and of a decent size, the only downside were the pillows were a bit on the thin side. The chamber maids were really friendly always wishing us good morning as we left our room and asking if it was ok to go in and service it.

Breakfast was pretty poor, we were there for 5 nights and went down twice, the staff at breakfast were grumpy and we had to keep asking for coffee. The choice of breakfast was mainly cake which is too much sugar for me first thing in the morning so we ended up going elsewhere for the other 3 days.

The hotel is conveniently located near to the train station and not too far from the port and main bus depot. The staff were helpful and the staff at breakfast especially friendly despite always being busy. The room is a decent size and for the price in comparison to many options in Sorrento, it's good value for money.

The lift was a bit slow and confused at times but this is a very minor detail. There was a little disrepair to the lock on the bathroom door, shower door was a bit stiff. The facilities were slightly basic but again this is not a massive issue when weighing up the price and other positives of the hotel.

Really pleasant surprise, we booked for location (10 minus walk to piazza tasso) and price but read some quite negative reviews, many mentioned breakfast. The breakfast was usual italian style with an additional menu offering omelettes etc. All staff friendly and helpful, room very clean, good size good condition. Friendly and cheap bar service at reception if required, even made my daughter cocktails. Good sized pool with coffee, beers etc available 930 - 1830 Would not hesitate to book again

Some coffee in the room, rather than just Tea bags, would be nice, only a minor thing

Room was a good size with a balcony. Hotel is ageing but clean and good position. Our house maid Lucy was friendly and efficient, the breakfast room staff Daniella and Pepe were great. Easy friendly manner, and put people at ease. Breakfast menu very good catering for tourists from everywhere, plenty of choice. Absolutely no complaints about the hotel.

No fridge in the room and plenty of space for one. Have to go out for a cold drink. Hotel could have a cold drink vending machine in the lobby. Otherwise great.
