Iconic hotel with amazing view of the faraglioni and marina piccola bay. Special thanks to Antonio at front desk who gave amazing recommendation and insider tips, as well as the team at breakfast and le Monzu.

Double deluxe room did not have view on faraglioni, blocked by a tree, lacked privacy with the tourists staring in the room from the Belvedere. A little noisy from the room above, could hear all the footsteps and furniture being moved around.

The manicure and pedicure is the worst, waste of money The room service charge is ridiculous (350€ for fruits and some water) The other receptionist who welcomed me while showing the room was jabbering as if he has just memorized the script and left the impression that he wanted to be done with me and leave ( the point of treating the guest as a 5* hotel was missing here ) No complimentary sunscreen or mineral water sprays at the pool unlike what top hotels provide.

The views from the property are stunning. Location is key. The hotel is spotless and very well maintained. The rooms have all the facilities you need ie well stocked bathroom accessories, minibar and walk in wardrobe. The staff are very attentive.

Nothing that I didn’t like but I say that the spa treatments are highly priced for what they are and then suggested tipping in addition.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations! The best location on the island, the view is stunning. The hospitality is 5 stars, both the reception staff and the bar and restaurant staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast is excellent, the food and cocktails are impeccable. Everything was just perfect!

We saw a Capri version of the classic boardgame Monopoly. The Hotel Punta Tragara was the best and the most expensive spot at the very end of the board. It certainly deserves its spot as the best

Size of the room. View from the balcony of the room, the garden and the restaurant. Service from the employees. Breakfast. Location is amazing.

Extra charges for handling the luggage from the port (very convenient) too expensive Servers too quick to remove plates during breakfast.

Super elegant place in Capri. Superior breakfast service. Nice rooms and overall architectural arrangement

Given the price level of the hotel, charging EUR 20 per piece of luggage at arrival and at departure seems rather bold.

Excellent all around

Sometime the pool music was just to load to relax with question why music is a person choice but so load and not to everyone taste.

Breakfast was good, might be added som porridge or diet options

Views were unmatched. Service was impeccable and the room was stunning.
