The suites are large and updated with beautiful views of the water. The concierge, Michele, was wonderful. I cannot say enough about how helpful the hotel was in booking transportation and restaurant reservations. Everything during our stay was seamless.

An amazing paradise. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms cleaning lady was amazing. Everything prepared in the room for the day, before the rain, when it is afternoon or for night time. Shades, sheets, etc. The rooms are amazing with stunning views of capri. And such heavenly sounds and views. The staff were helpful and the reception always smiling and happy to help with anything. The breakfast buffet is OK but nothing special

The bathrooms are old, takes 10min just to be able to flush again. Since they are old it tent to stink there. Also the vents had some rottens in them cutting out the wiring so the air vent in bathroom was not working. The breakfast kitchen staff does not know how to make eggs, make sure to explain it to them properly. Also sometimes the breads were like 2 days old. For such hotel it is unacceptable to provide such poor food at breakfast. Also the upper restaurant is inconsistent. Big no for such dining. One day food to die for, another day the opposite. Day and night. But I guess that is today's world.

Top class hotel in a top class island. The staff were very attentive and this place is gorgeous from every angle. If you are going to splurge, do it here. We hated leaving. Also book a reservation at the upscale restaurant on the top- best views anyone could ask for. They also helped us book a private boat ride (300-400 euro range) for 3 hours around the island that was the highlight of our trip. On arrival, they arrange a porter to pick your luggage up at the dock, and get you a ticket to the funicular (tram) up the hill. From there it’s a 15 minute walk where you will pass every luxury store you can think of before you make it to the secluded street the hotel is on. Book this place for a luxurious experience

I can’t complain. The walk was a little long to get there but it’s because you’re walking to one of the best views on the island. Worth it

Our stay at Villa Brunella was nothing short of exceptional. The panoramic views over Capri were breathtaking, and the atmosphere exuded timeless elegance. A truly unforgettable escape.

Villa Brunella's location is one of the most spectacularly beautiful places on this earth. It is also peacefully relaxing, thanks to the car free walking paths with cobblestone walls cascading with bougainvillea or shade trees at welcome points along the way. Our room generously focused on the view with a spacious deck and comfortable lounge chairs, plus floor to ceiling windows of their fabulous sea view. The room was decorated with the finest furniture and our bed had the most luxurious Pedersoli sheets. The staff was very caring and careful about my food allergies. The service was genuinely friendly and reliably excellent. They gave extra special assistance with collecting and delivering our luggage, plus arranging for our funicular tickets, to facilitate our arrival and departure. After 5 weeks in Italy, Villa Brunella is the one place where we most wish to return.

Absolutely nothing.

Every morning our breakfast was delightful & the gentlemen at the pool restaurant were so sweet, OUTSTANDING SERVICE, especially PePe and Francisco!!!! Dinners at the L'Agave were FANTASTIC! The reception staff exceptional, professional and friendly!!!! Most gorgeous view, loved the location and spotlessly maintained!! Gorgeous Gardens with Lemon Trees everywhere!!!

It’s was a magical dream. So very beautiful and the staff was kind and accommodating. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s off the beaten path but not far from town, which makes it so peaceful. Wish I could have stayed for a week. The views were breathtaking. Loved it so much!

We loved it all.

The villa was amazing, it had fascinating view from the balcony, the restaurant served delicious food and the staff are the best! They are very friendly, helpful, you can ask them millions of questions and still they answer you with a smile. They guide you in your trip and give very good suggestions on where to go and where to eat.

Great Hotel. Perfect location very near to main street with all stores and main square. Great staff , good amenities and bed to die for ( so comfortable) Room was big with cute small terrace outside. Great restaurant and views were breathtaking.

Only the minus is a breakfast. Very small variety of everything. Consider to have light bite of bread cheese and egg.

Room was spacious with an outdoor patio, equally spacious with a wonderful view. The service and and staff at the front desk were very helpful. they helped organize a boat tour as well as transfer of our luggage from the ferry up to the resort and back and it was flawless. This was a huge convenience given the distance from the ferry up to the hotel. we only wish that we had stayed more than one night as it’s probably the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in.
