The owner was kind and helpful, the instructions to get into the apartment were really clear. The apartment is of a good size, the common area is equipped with extras (tea, water, coffe, fridge, etc.). The bed was comfortable so we could sleep well. The view over the Etna is fabulous, and we liked the market to be so close - it's worth a visit, mostly the veg, fruit, etc. stalls. There are two elevators in the building, which is also useful (the apartment being on the 5th floor). The area is not the typical Italian part of Catania, but the historical centre and some nice streets are just steps away.

The bathroom is nice (great to have a window), but needs a bit of care and renovation. The bar where the breakfast is provided was not to our taste (it's not the owner's fault), we preferred the one located in the building.

We read the reviews of others and we know Catania already, so we booked the room for one night, where we knew, there is no market on the next day (public holiday on 15.08). The view on the Etna is great and the very big advantage is that the metro station plus several stores are just front of the building. The beds and the bathroom are clean and alright, no insects. Besides the fridge in the room there is a further bigger one in the common room. There is a small elevator helping to get to the 5th floor. We would have been satisfied with our stay anyway, but we have got some extra, that makes this apartment so special with it's great view to the Etna. We could witness the eruption of the Etna that night from the balcony, that is amazing. Check the announcements of the vulcano experts upfront, and if thre is a chance for an eruption, don't go anywhere else!!!

Every other day of our journey could have been only the second best after seeing the Etna while eruption...

Very clean, great location, good coffee, comfort bed. The room was cleaned every day.

There was a little misunderstanding in the bar where was the breakfast - they served us only the beverages and we had to ask where is the rest, so they told us as there is a difference in the price, we had to pay one euro additional. It is not a big deal, but maybe would be good to inform the other guests about this change.

Good size room. Comfortable bed. Clean. There is a common kitchen with another apartment which is nice. Excellent view of Mt Etna Very close to the metro and bus stop. 10 min walk to the center. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by.

Could be a problem if you're a light sleeper, because there is a market in the piazza next door that starts very early in the morning. But there is a simple solution: bring ear plugs :)

The room has a balcony with a terrific view of Mt Etna and a lovely sunny aspect. The bed was a true king size and was firm and very comfortable. The bathroom was small but adequate and it had a great shower. Located about 15 minutes walk from Catania Stazione Centrale.

Location is quite central with numerous restaurants and shops around, smooth check in and communication with owner is efficient, you have everything you need in the apt. Comfortable bed is a big plus!

In the winter the room is a bit cold even with AC on but I guess there're only few days per year..

The self checkin is easy and very good instructions were given - it really helped us since our flight was late in the evening. The location is nice - a room in a bigger apartment suite, with shared kitchen where you can also serve some coffee from the machine. The terrace overlooking mount Etna is great!

The appartment is very clean and modern. Despite the busy location it is also very quiet. Due to our early morning flight we didn´have time for the breakfast but the owner was kind to prepare a small package with croissants and small juices for us. We had no personal contact but the instructions with entrance codes to the building and to the appartment were perfectly done and sent to us via whatsapp.

The perfect place at the perfect location in Catania. Everything was close. Comfortable rooms. Amenities. Good coffee in the kitchen. There is an everyday mercatto beneath the window. There are also 2 big supermarkets across the street,. So you can easily buy fresh fruit, water, etc,. The central train station is a 10-minute walk.

Nothing. Even the street noise could easily be avoided by closing the window and turning on the AC,

The location Is walkable from the station,and is close to the sights. The room and bathroom are of good sizes. The bed is hard, which I liked. Linda let me leave the luggage in the apartment while I was sightseeing during the day, which was a big help. Thank you.

The market in the piazza next to the building starts early in the morning on Saturday, and the noise comes through.
