Good hotel in a nice place with parking and restaurant. Please note, location on booking dot com is not 100% correct, it's better to search for hotel name on google maps directly.

Quiet place and a lot of space. The room itself with big balcony but anyway a look of space around the place including a little playground.

the place looks like just coming back from a financial crash, some of the facility are not in use. It might look and offer much more i.e., it has a greater potential.

Ideal location close to the highway to stay for 1 night on a longer trip. We could visit nearby sights easily like Palmanova, Aquilea, or Grado with its 4-5 km long beaches. The rooms and the hotel are not by the latest design ( air conditioner was suffering a bit) but the accomodation is generally clean. We liked the included buffet breakfast very much. It is somewhere between the 3 and 4 star offering. (Cheese, sausage, omlet, 4-5 cakes croissants, muesli, coffee and exceptionally good quality fruit drinks)

It did what it said on the tin. I had to break my drive from Venice to Austria because of late plane arrival and torrential rain and this was a perfect overnight stay at pre-Covid prices

Nothing except it’s changed its name to Villa Strassoldo which phased me on arrival.

Staff was very helpful. They let me stay after checkout in the lobby working in my laptop and they had a place to store my bicycle. Spacious room and bathroom

Not a big deal but the decoration in the room was a bit weird.

The room was big and the bedsheets were very clean. Just the balcony was a bit dirty because of pigeons but it was great to watch the sun rise from the balcony. We liked the breakfast. The coffee machine is great. Hotel workers are friendly.

Hotel was clean and spacious, and as I was travelling with my dogs, it was lovely to have a spacious green area to be able to walk them. Plenty of parking.

Shower water was boiling hot. The breakfast was varied and filling, we had it in the first half.

Some of the furniture pieces had seen better days, but functional. Room walls were stained by insects being killed. Overall the place looks a bit gloomy and old.

A 2-day stay. The hotel has more than enough space for parking - free of charge n the hotel yard (end of May). The hotel is of older construction but it has everything it takes to make a person feel comfortable. The room I stayed in was big with a comfortable bed, balcony, TV and a fridge. Cleanliness was very decent Internet - satisfactory. Breakfast was great (sweet and savory breakfast) with good coffee. There is a bar in a hotel for those who would like to drink coffee during the day. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. -Location - That is something I have to mention - if you come by car, Cervignano is fantastically located (as well as the hotel itself). The airport Ronchi is max. 20 mins away. Udine, Monfalcone, Gorizia, Sistiana, Grado, Portopiccolo, and Trieste are all very near which makes it an ideal strategic location.

One has to get up early to grab a savory breakfast. The breakfast time is 7:30-9:30, at 8:45 there was only sweet breakfast.

good parking, comfortable air-conditioned rooms, friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast. Great!!!!
