Beautiful and quiet location. Arriving and passing through the village is like going through the scenes of a historical film. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The salad vegetables are homemade and taste good. They are close to Udine, a beautiful city, which does not have the pressure of high tourism. The village of Palmanova (not the outlet!) is also close and worth seeing and getting to know. Especially how it came about. There is also a fantastic Trattoria and Pizzeria Al Gambero...

We had a nice time. We stayed in a room with a double bed and an additional bed for a child. It was spacious enough, and the whole house is made of oak. Very nicely decorated, everything was clean. You have a hairdryer, shampoo, cream, towels, and bed linen. It’s in a peaceful location, very quiet, yet close to everything you might need. The host is very kind—she made us breakfast in the morning, which was diverse, with coffee and tea. They have a dog Irish setter and he’s kind and cheerful. A truly good experience overall. See you again!

Very comfortable bed, exceptionally equipped bathroom, really friendly and thoughtful hosts, not only salty breakfast, but even vegetables provided which is rarely the case in that area. Very good price compared to the value. Pet friendly! Though 5 euro was charged for the dog, but it was totally fine. Rooms are on the ground floor which was pretty comfortable with the dog, not huge, but beautiful garden with their own superfriendly dog :)

We have stayed at Piazzetta lsat night and everything was just perfect. The place is run by a lovely family who made our stay very special. If you’re are around the area, don’t bother to look for hotels, just stay here and you won’t regret anything.

Really amazing b&b - home feeling, a lot of wood around, spacious splendid room and bathroom. Everything in a working condition. Breakfast is tasty. Parking is free of charge. Cozy location. Hosts are very welcoming. Like everything there

Friendly host speaks only Italian, (which I do) and is a delight. Dark wood floor and dark walls also keep the room dark in daylight hours. Odd colored lights in addition to normal lights are interesting. Hand-woven Oriental carpets on the wood floor and original artwork scattered here and there are a plus. The oversized shower stall complete with rain shower ceiling fixture was a real pleasure.

Breakfast served in an entry hallway was a bit cramped. Limited buffet choices but cooked eggs on request were available and graciously offered. WiFi did not work at all, it seems the circuit breaker flipped off. When flipped on the next morning, it worked fine.

Beautiful and cozy place, arranged with a taste. Very good breakfast. We spent only one night but full reccomendations.

I was greeted by a lovely owner and a cute old Irish Setter. The garden is tidy and comfortable, the whole house is beautifully renovated, the bathroom has everything you need, the wifi is perfect, as is the bed. the breakfast is plentiful and delicious, the coffee is perfect Italian.

Fantastic breakfast! There was everything we needed, ham, cheese, bread, cakes...etc. What I really liked was that the coffee was the classic Bialetti espresso! The room was clean, comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom.

The woman who received us spoke only Italian and was not very friendly, but maybe she was just having a bad day.

The house was very charming and the room immaculate. Sitting in the garden was very pleasurable. The hospitality was on the highest level.
