The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely, particularly Michela who not only responded promptly to my queries before we went, but was also really helpful throughout our stay. When we went, it was 36 degrees so the swimming pool was a great thing to have and both the pool itself and the pool area were clean and tidy. There was an honesty bar there which was very reasonably priced and included delicious local wine made by the property. The location was good, a short walk to Buttrio train station or short drive to Udine. We had a car which I would probably recommend for this property.

The only thing I would change is that not all rooms are air conditioned. It was 25 degrees at night when we were there and it was very hot to sleep. A fan was provided.

one of the best places ive ever stayed in pool area was lovely bedrooms were basic but spotless the views and hotel grounds were beautiful . set in lovely town of buttrio short walk to train station , hotel staff were very helpful and friendly the upstairs floor of main building were breakfast was served was amazing we be staying here again

Very difficult to locate Poor breakfast service - help required but very slow and often not available - shortage of cups, plates etc. so lots of waiting for assistance as the hotel was busy with guests all needing help

Its beautiful place and the people was so kind 😍 The place is very quiet We were with 3 dogs and was really fantastic place for them also. Very elegant garden🤍

More snack options available at the pool would have been nice since there are few dining options. Otherwise nothing to complain about!

Breakfast in the amazing old rooms of the villa, the pool with a view on the vines and serve-yourself bottles of great cooled local white wine. And the fact that it is a real villa!

The buzzer at the gate was not clearly marked as “for guests” or something.

We booked a room for 3 persons and the room seyup was just perfect! Great location! Very helpful Lady, recommended the best restaurant for dinner! The breakfast was great, not to mention the room they served it!!! Fantastic place!!!

Lovely country house hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast in beautiful fresco covered room. We had a spacious room by the pool with air con, great views. Honesty bar by the pool was very welcome, pool very quiet when we stayed in August. The hotel's resturant, a seperate business, about half a mile away was excellent, best meal we had, with wine from the vineyard.

Great setting in vineyard, lovely pool, clean rooms and nice breakfast in stylish villa.

Larger poolside room did not have airco.
