The staff was friendly, although the reception guy was involved in too many things in the same time. The room was nice and tidy. It was soundproof, no noise from outside although it was facing a busy street. The food in the hotel's restaurant was also very good. We had a great breakfast. The city downtown is at walking distance from the hotel (maybe 20 mins). All in all was a good place for one night stay.

The bathroom was a bit too tight, even to me or my wife (both normal sized persons). They offer free parking, it is a public parking (as mentioned) but there are only a few spots that could be used by the hotel guests and they are full. I parked across the street, next to a school. Lucky me, the children (an teachers) were in vacation...

The accommodation had a specific (some might call it weird) vibe decoration-wise, but the room was nice and clean. I appreciate that we had plenty of towels available, there was a free parking space, it was within walking distance from the city centre, there was a Coop right behind the building, and the breakfast selection was wide. The staff was nice and helpful. We loved the restaurant! We walked through Udine for an hour only to end up in the restaurant downstairs to have a lovely dining experience. The staff was baby-friendly and kind, food was just lovely, and we even got complimentary desserts.

It was exactly what we needed for a one-night stop on our way to the south so there is nothing I could criticise.

1. The woman that works the front desk is incredible. She was there at 11pm and there again at breakfast around 8am. She is so kind and there to assist you with anything you need. What was best is that she is Serbian and it was such a relief to finally be understood since nobody in Italy spoke english. 2. Breakfast was delicious even though it's not very diverse. Coffee, pastries, sandwiches and juice. Simple but excellent. 3. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is big and has everything you need.

The location of the hotel is good, less than a 10-minute walk to the center. The room is clean, tidy and has everything you need in the room and bathroom. Breakfast is good, in the afternoon there is a restaurant with good food in the same place. The pizzas are fantastic. The staff is friendly, especially Letica, who was always on hand to explain everything we needed. Free public parking is close to the hotel and it is not difficult to find a safe place for the car. Palmanove and Cividale are close by and are worth a visit when staying in Udine.

We couldn't get information at the reception, but Letica is always around to help.

Clean room with a large bathroom that smells nice. We were in a separate building on the second floor of a residential building where the entire hallway belongs to the hotel and is locked. The room has a comfortable bed, air conditioning, TV, a terrace with seating, and a clean bathroom. Free parking is available on the street in front. It’s a 10-minute walk from the main square. The staff is very friendly (one speaks Serbian).

Wifi worked poorly in our room. Breakfast is okay but pastries could be better.

It was easy to park on the street right in front of the hotel (during the week), very kind staff. I recommend the restaurant in the hotel, perfect service and delicious food for reasonable price. Breakfast was also very good. Walkable distance from the city center and all sights or public transport nearby. It's just beside the route so you have to count with some noise but nothing special. Great blackout for lightsleepers!

Hotel located in comfortable location so its easy to reach there. Despite that I was arrived at 00:05 receptionist was house me and help with everything. The personnel itself knows many languages. My apartment was include breakfast too, so there was no need to go somewhere else. The bed was soft and comfortable. There was heating so there was warm and nice to sleep with comfort. In apartments was smelled of some flowers. Very interesting interior.

I considered Udine just a stopover for sleep, so I regret not having much time to get to know the place better.

Very clean room and bathroom with everything you need. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Convenient for Udine city and also to surrounding area. Great value for room with a super buffet breakfast. We also had a nice balcony off our room and although the view is a bit urban, it was quiet and the balcony gave a great space and fresh air. Handy to have restaurant/pizzeria there too. Would recommend.

The hotel itself is in good location, the room clean and comfortable, wifi was good. To me, the cherry on the too of it is the restaurant downstairs. It was full for lunch and full for dinner, it was special in many ways. I had a pizza it was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was superb too. Really, great restaurant.

I thought the room needed some updating, but overall, for the price, very good.

Unique decor was fun and I enjoyed all the decorations in restaurant. Great breakfast. Single room was comfortable. Walkable to.centre.

Very tight bathroom and small shower and tightly fitted toilet. OK for me but if you are large or frail I wouldn't recommend the single.room bathroom.
