It was in the hart of Udine, 3 minutes from the big and cheap (0,60 eur/h) garage Magrini. Interesting old building with renewed room.⁸

I ordered breakfast, because as a tourist it is important, but it was only a small breakfast( 1 croissant, coffee, juice). It would be better to write down: it is only a continental breakfast.

Nice stay close to the old town. Nicely decorate room. Italien Breakfast with delicious croissant. Ask for a filling with chocolate or pistachio creme. Near by parking. Use Parking Moretti for 2€ per day or look for free street parking on Via Luigi Moretti. Parking Martini is a little bit closer but costs now 12€ per day

Beautiful ,big room and bathroom in a lovely italian house with perfect location. Very big and comfortable bed.

Walls were littlebit thick, i was listening somebody 's coffing and talking from the wall s another side at the whole evening. The breakfast was croissant with only sweet choise( nutella or cream) and it was delocious but we would prefer something salty.

great location. the room was fully equipped, although a bit small. everything had been recently renovated. value-for-money wise, it’s amazing. breakfast is served in the cafe downstairs and it was very good!!

we arrived earlier than our check in time, but since the rooms are locked with a code that only works after 15.00, we had to sit there for half an hour until it was time. the room was already available, but since there is no reception (the employees in the cafe downstairs check you in, but they only view the bookings) we couldn’t enter.

Quite near the station and near the city centre. Road in the front quite busy and noisy. Beautiful room, very comfortable, small kitchenette.

The breakfast was poor. A breakfast is more than a croissant, coffee and juice. I run myself a B&B and we provide tea and/or coffee, juice, eggs, cheese, multiple pieces of bread, fresh fruit, jam, honey, yoghurt, muesli. And we charge less. Breakfast is the start of the day. It should be good, not as minimal as this.

I was woken up by the lovely smell of the bread made in the cafeteria downstairs. The room was larger than it appears in the pictures. The location was great easy to get around in the old town and everything is close by. The room was nicely decorated everything was fantastic. Highly recommend this place

Very pleasant room in the centre of Udine. There is no staff for check-in or check-out so everything has to be managed via Email and messages but that worked very well. The room was very pleasant, absolutely spotless and tastefully equipped. There is even a sink and a minibar in one of the wardrobes. Breakfast is in the café downstairs.

The rooms are beautiful and verry clean!

The breakfast is not really a breakfast beacuse it is only one coffe and a croissant. For us it was just perfect because we don’t eat in the morning, but for someone who usually eats, it is not enough.

The room was lovely, very tastefully decorated. Comfortable and clean with all we needed. Good location for seeing Udine and near shops, restaurants and bars.

We would have liked a more substantial breakfast included but that's just us.
