Everything was perfekt! Historic building with a young and hip flair. Good location, easy booking process and communication with the staff , safe, private garage a few steps away, cleanliness of the whole facilty and the room- bed linen, towels are good quality and clean, and smell good. Window with mosquito screen in the bathroom!!! Staff very helpful (Dining suggestion just aruound the corner was excellent, thank you) Breakfast delicious and great variety, with local specialities and good coffee. We were very impressed !

A bit more storage place would be nice -there was only a coat rack for 5-6 items to hang up in our room, and no wardrobe. Were spent only 1 night in the hotel, so it was not a big problem - but if one comes for a longer stay, it can be insufficient. Probably have other rooms other furniture and we habe become this specific room because of our short stay?

It is a hotel in the very heart of Udine, with friendly staff, and excellent and rich breakfast. Comfortable bed in the room of a decent size. The hotel offers private parking, nevertheless, there are plenty of public parking spaces in the Piazza Garibaldi.

Nothing related to the hotel itself and its staff. Just a warning, the City of Udine recently changed its Z.T.L. policy and has not been included in navigation maps. Please be careful, some of the traffic signs are insanely small so you have to be very cautious not to enter the prohibited zone. It is better to find the Z.T.L. map (with its three zones) on the webpage of the municipality and check the route. I hope, that the municipality will solve these issues soon.

The hotel is tastefully and uniquely decorated and is located conveniently to everything you’ll want to see in Udine. The room was spotless and the a/c, shower, towels etc. were all as they should be. Breakfast was superb and can be enjoyed in a nice little courtyard out back. Everyone was very warm and welcoming, and my thanks especially to Paola for helping me find where the Udinese store was.

I liked everything about it.

Very good room, very comfortable beds + pillows and excellent bathroom. One of the most comfortable beds I slept in in a hotel (and I slept in very many). Friendly staff at reception and during breakfast. Can't complain except for the fact that all hotels getting more and more expensive these days.

Would have liked a little more choice at breakfast, but this was Italian normal style and so I should not complain.

Beautiful room, everything was extremely clean and tidy. It was equipped with everything you need and the hydromassage was especially relaxing after a long day. Also the patio was so lovely and a great place to enjoy the nice breakfast. And the staff were super friendly and helpful! Thank you!

I had a delightful stay at this hotel, which beautifully combined the charm of an old building with modern comforts. The room was impressively spacious and impeccably clean. Quiet location even though next to the heart of the city, and a 10 minutes walk from the train station. Very friendly staff.

The only small issue was the shower, as the water wasn't quite as hot as I would have liked.

The hotel is perfectly located near the city center and is charming, clean and comfortable. But the staff is the true value of this place: Carlo, Michela and Paola were friendly and kind. All of their advice and recommendations for restaurants & activities were exactly what we were looking for. And the rest of the staff were smiling, friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

I love this Hotel where I return each time I visit Udine. Rooms are newly renovated, clean and quiet. Staff at the reception is very nice, welcoming and ready to meet custom's request. Breakfast has a delightful variety of salted and sweet offers for all tastes. Being in the old center of udine, means one can find lots of restaurants and shops all at walking distance.

Great location for visiting Udine and travelling around the region. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly and the rooms have great AC, Sky TV, lots of towels, basically everything you need!

A modern family-owned hotel located within walking distance of the historic center. Lots of great caffès and trattorie in the area . Staff was most welcoming and helpful. The modern room was spacious with a comfy bed and large bathroom including amenities. The tasty buffet breakfast included a large selection of both savory and sweet.

The location was a bit too far to walk from the train station with luggage, maybe 15 minutes or so. A taxi costs @ 9 Euros.
