I chose this accomodation for sleepovers as I spend most of the time outside travelling. I disagree with the comments that the hotel facilities are outdated. Sure, the design is old fashioned but on the other hand very clean. The bathroom seemed to be renovated completely. Spacy shower! Hot water any time. Wifi not secured and with annoying login through browser. Friendly personnel, English speaking. I think it is a bit too expensive for what it is but generally ok (and probably the cheapest in the city centre).

The location near the railwaystation is a bit adventurous at night but nothing too serious. It is quite loud though. In the night, the traffic is not too intense but as early as 6am, it wakes you up and the closed windows won't help. The hotel was otherwise silent from inside. The breakfast was the real minimum that you can get.

Friendly and competent staff- we had a problem with our original room's AC and so they switched us to a better room where it worked like a charm. Very convenient to the train and bus station. Great value for the price.

Some people might rate the location (near the bus station and train station) as a negative- not surprisingly the area is not as charming as, say, being in the Venetian city center. However, it was only about a 10-minute walk to said center. Maybe put out more fruit at the otherwise copious breakfast buffet?

They started breakfast at 6.30 for us instead of 7.00. Room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent (5 min walk from the railway station, 2 min walk from Bus station and 10 min walk to old city center).

I could not charge my phone in the room as the sockets were too narrow for my charger. There was no hot milk at breakfast. Coffee was so and so. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I liked that the staff was very very polite. The man from the reception explain us everything and offer us the best city view possible from where we saw the Adunata Alpina a wonderful event meeting thousands of people from all Italy.

Everything were nice, except the breakfast that might be ok for the a lot of people, but might be poor for people (like me at that moment) who are keeping a diet. I mean there was a lot o bread and sweet croissants and yogurts and so so, but poor menu of fruits and vegetable. But the staff at the breakfast is more than polite.

Nice hotel in old town close to the main train and bus station. Couple of dining opportunities closeby too. Although breakfast was said to be served by 7, since a group had to leave early, it appeared in that occasion it was possible to start 15 minutes earlier, which I did appreciate a lot.

We only stayed one night, and the hotel is fine for a short stay. It was clean, well air conditioned, and had a good breakfast. The Reception lady was very pleasant and helpful. It is at a walking distance from the old city.

The bathroom was very small, but had all necessary cosmetics and towels.

Helpful and friendly staff, easy parking for the bike, nice view from our window and close to the old centre.

Brakfast just okay, little selection of fresh fruit. AC fan made a terrible noise so not usable. Pillows flat and only one available.

About ten minutes walk from the station, this suited us well for one night during a rail tour. They gave us an upgrade to a larger room with balcony, which was comfortable with a good shower and kettle. Didn’t try the breakfast.

soundproofing to the adjacent room wasn’t the best

Well designed, comfortable rooms with terrace. Very good breakfast. Exceptional location, near University, and garage parking can be reserved.

Can be difficult to locate reception: message directs you gourmet butcher downstairs which operates gasthouse.
