We were looking for a place stay to visit an Italian Serie-A soccer game. Great location a short drive from the Udinese Stadium with hardly any traffic in a nice & quiet rural village. Parking at the property. Samuele our host was very friendly and had exceptionally good communications. The breakfast was also great and very good value. Can highly recommend!

The only thing for me was a soft bed - I prefer hard :-) But that is just looking for something and my partner liked it....

The room was a good size—comfortable and well laid out. The location was very quiet, perfect for a good night’s rest, and I really appreciated the clear and detailed instructions on how to find the property, which made arrival stress-free. Everything was spotless and clearly well maintained.

Great personal service by the owner. We loved the atmosphere at the breakfast room. Nicely furnished and decorated and a well prepared breakfast for a nice start in the day. We also liked, that the bedroom was equipped with an airconditioner for the hotter days in summer.

The room was relatively small, but very nice and clean and it was enough. The whole building seems new or renowated, and is filled with beautiful paintings. Breakfast was perfect. Samuel is an amazing host, thank you!

Really beautiful place, in a quiet village in Friuli, lovely owner, great breakfast, perfect recommendation of nearby activities, and places , very artistic place, you cannot ask for more .

everything was super cool

it was super clean, smelled nice with crisp sheets and towels, we opted for breakfast (€7pp) which was lovely and it felt like home. Staff were very accommodating and booked us in last minute.

the only criticism would be having wifi password in the room as we came late in the night and there was no one to ask

The room was very clean and comfortable, there was a set of three towels, which is very rare in my experience, usually there are only two. The whole place feels very homelike, the neighbourhood is very quiet. The staff is very helpful and kind.

The B&B was really nice as were the owners. Rooms were spacious and modern. Breakfast was good. Had a nice chat with the owners. Not far from Udine, perfect for our purpose.

Host was very polite and room was incredibly clean and smelled so nice. The corridors look like an art gallery! And I definitely have to recommend the breakfast.

It is run by a caring, friendly, sociable lady. Her hospitality was very valuable. The hotel is quiet and clean.
